Today I am a one step closer to an answered prayer. I cannot say what it is because I do not want any demonic interference.
(Ephesians 6:12 for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against rulers,against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.) This is very evident when I pray more, for instant I am sicker then i have been in a while, I am more worried about my sister Debra and my mother more then usual,my dreams are far from being pleasant and my emotions are beyond fragile and all started about Monday, when I remember what Jesus said about persistent prayer
Luke 18:1-5( 18 Then Yeshua told his talmidim a parable, in order to impress on them that they must always keep praying and not lose heart. 2 “In a certain town, there was a judge who neither feared God nor respected other people. 3 There was also in that town a widow who kept coming to him and saying, ‘Give me a judgment against the man who is trying to ruin me.’ 4 For a long time he refused; but after awhile, he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God, and I don’t respect other people; 5 but because this widow is such a nudnik, I will see to it that she gets justice — otherwise, she’ll keep coming and pestering me till she wears me out!’â€) Why did Jesus quote this? Because persistent prayer works!!!!!!!!!!!!
The devil always try to discourage us before we get our break through like in Daniel
Daniel 10:1-13

10 In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar. And the thing was true, but the time appointed was long; and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.
2 In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks.
3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
4 And in the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which is Hiddekel,
5 then I lifted up mine eyes and looked, and behold, a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz.
6 His body also was like beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like the color of polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
7 And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.
8 Therefore I was left alone and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me; for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
9 Yet heard I the voice of his words; and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face was toward the ground.
10 And behold, a hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.
11 And he said unto me, “O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright; for unto thee am I now sent.†And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.
12 Then said he unto me, “Fear not, Daniel, for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard; and I have come for thy words.
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days; but lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
.The devil and his demons does not want you to believe Yahweh will answer you. Although Yeshua told us that if we believe in him and obey his commands ask the Father for anything in his name it will be done for us. I admit I am not perfect yet, but perfection will take eternity, since humans are corrupted by today's society standards. I mean you are taught that casual sex is okay, and you must sleep with the person you are dating on the third date.But this does not give you the chance to really seek the Lord and know if that person is worth being committed too. In the Bible sex is a formal contract, so when did God make sex casual? Am I wrong about the way I think? Then their is the issue of desire , a girl can easily be a temptress. Guys are more attracted to girls covered in clothing then the one in skimpy clothings, so where is the medium ground for that situation alone. Where is the safety zone of dressing or dating? That is why I must seek God first in something the world thinks is trivial. Then their are all those suppose to be christian dating websites, but they encourage you to get professional picture ( Which promotes superficiality ) and did I mention the cost! Not to mention it could be filled with liars, the person you are talking to might have not even spent one Sunday morning in church.So the sad but honest reality, God is your only safe bet and you need to make sure you are hearing him correctly and not just wishful thinking.
I read this book called How to Marry the Mate of your Dreams and she states that God is against temptation and that is why the ones God brings together get married so promptly. That is a scary thought, but it makes perfect sense after all we are human and we all have carnal desires. Imagine if you manage to not give into your desires, how long will it be weeks , months? I am not sure. Now you have committed a sin against God and your own body.Seriously since I have been saved I feel weird even dancing with the opposite sex. The Jews have a point why men and women are separated in church, they want you to focus on God and not the cute girl sitting next to you.Well I still did not state what my prayer is, and this blog is not quite it either, so when God answers me I will let you know.
