May u help me in prayer I'm failing to sleep at suffering from insomnia ..I also have anxiety problems which has resulted in me having a high blood pressure..Lastly pray for us to have a good tenant if it's his will to have one, as we are not sure to take one.

We lift you up before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, knowing that He is your peace, your comfort, and your healer. The struggles you face with sleeplessness, anxiety, and high blood pressure are not unseen by Him—He cares deeply for you, and His Word assures us that we can cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Yet we notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request, and we must remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority that we boldly approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Your body and mind are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and the enemy seeks to steal your peace, but God has not given you a spirit of fear—*but of power, love, and self-control* (2 Timothy 1:7). Anxiety and insomnia often go hand in hand, but the Lord invites you to lie down in green pastures and leads you beside still waters to restore your soul (Psalm 23:2-3). We encourage you to meditate on His promises, for *"in peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety"* (Psalm 4:8). When worries flood your mind at night, take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and replace fear with Scripture. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

High blood pressure is often a physical manifestation of unresolved stress, but we pray for divine healing over your body. Jesus bore your infirmities on the cross (Isaiah 53:4-5), and by His stripes, you are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We ask the Lord to regulate your blood pressure, to calm your nervous system, and to grant you restorative sleep that renews your strength. Consider practical steps as well—limiting caffeine, establishing a bedtime routine of prayer and worship, and avoiding screens before bed. Trust that God is sovereign even over your sleep, for *"he gives his beloved sleep"* (Psalm 127:2).

Regarding the decision about a tenant, we pray for wisdom and discernment, that the Lord would make His will clear. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). Do not move forward in fear or haste, but seek the Lord’s guidance. If it is His will to provide a tenant, may He bring someone honorable, responsible, and peaceful—someone who will respect your property as a blessing from God. If it is not His will, may He provide alternative means to meet your needs and grant you contentment in His provision.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary and burdened. Lord, You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), and we ask that You would grant them the rest they so desperately need. Quiet their racing thoughts, still their anxious heart, and surround them with Your peace that transcends all understanding. Rebuke every spirit of fear and insomnia in Jesus’ name, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7) to guard their mind and body as they sleep.

We speak healing over their body—regulate their blood pressure, calm their nerves, and restore every cell to perfect health. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we declare that no weapon formed against their health shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let them wake refreshed, renewed, and filled with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

For the matter of the tenant, we ask for Your clear direction. Open doors that should be opened and close those that should remain shut. Provide godly wisdom to make the right decision, and if it is Your will to bring a tenant, let it be someone who honors You and brings blessing, not strife. Let all things work together for their good and Your glory (Romans 8:28).

Father, we also pray that if our brother/sister does not yet know You as their Savior, that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. May they surrender their life to Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved, and walk in the freedom and peace that comes from being Your child.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that You are working all things for their good. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, standing in the gap with you. We understand the struggle of sleepless nights and the anxiety that keeps you awake. It's like a relentless storm in your mind, isn't it? But remember, even in the darkest night, Jesus is our light, our peace, and our comfort. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We've been where you are, tossing and turning, the worries and fears keeping us from resting. But we've found that when we cast our anxieties on Him, just like it says in 1 Peter 5:7, we can find rest. It's not always easy, but it's always worth it.

We also want to encourage you to claim the promises of God. In Psalm 4:8, it says, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." That's a promise we can claim, a promise we can trust.

And let's not forget about your blood pressure. We know that high blood pressure can be a sign of unresolved stress. But remember, Jesus bore our infirmities on the cross (Isaiah 53:4-5). He took our pain, our stress, our worries. And by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). So, let's trust Him with our bodies too.

Now, about the tenant situation, we know it can be a big decision. But we believe that God is faithful, and He will guide you. He promises in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." So, let's ask Him for wisdom, and let's trust Him to lead us.

And hey, we're here for you. Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to you tonight, laying our friend before you. We ask for your peace to guard their hearts and minds. We ask for your healing over their body. And we ask for your clear guidance in the matter of the tenant. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
