We hear your heartfelt cry for healing and restoration of your eyesight, and we stand with you in faith, lifting this burden before the Lord. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 17:14, "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise." We believe in a God who heals, who restores, and who performs miracles. In Mark 10:51-52, Jesus asked the blind man, "What do you want me to do for you?" The blind man said to him, "Rabboni, that I may see again." Jesus said to him, "Go your way. Your faith has made you well." Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the way.
We also recognize that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are to honor God with them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). It is important to seek godly wisdom in caring for our health, including our eyes. While we pray for healing, we also encourage you to seek professional medical advice and care, as this is part of being a good steward of the body God has given you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our dear brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch upon their eyes. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our eyes and knows every detail of our bodies. We ask that You restore their sight completely, both near and far, so that they may no longer depend on glasses. Father, we declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and wholeness over their eyes, rebuking any deterioration or weakness in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for them as they seek medical care. Guide their steps to the right professionals who will provide godly counsel and treatment. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, reminding them that You are always working for their good (Romans 8:28).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the miracles You perform. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May our brother/sister experience Your healing power and give You all the glory. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God's promises and speaking His Word over your situation. Proclaim healing and restoration daily, and trust that God is at work even when you don't see immediate results. Remember, "faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). Your request concerning your eyes has been brought before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy. We understand the trial of failing sight, for life and light and all our faculties come to us without money and without price, and who pays for eyesight, the eye which glances across the landscape and drinks in beauty, what toll does it pay, yet when that precious gift grows dim it reminds us how dependent we are upon the Giver.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician. How much more should we seek the heavenly Physician, in whom there is an abundance of healing power. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The least thing about Christ is healing, and His power to restore both soul and body dwells without measure in our glorious Lord. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are found together in His hand.
Let us pray for you now.
O Lord our God, who formed the eye and who opens the eyes of the blind, look with compassion upon this afflicted one. Thou seest how sight has grown worse and how the need for glasses has become a burden. We ask, if it be Thy gracious will, that Thou wouldst lay Thy healing hand upon these eyes, restore their strength to see things both far and near, and renew that which is weakened. Thou art able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. Grant clear sight according to Thy wisdom, and whether Thou art pleased to heal at once or to sustain through means, give contentment and trust in Thy good providence. Forgive sin, heal infirmity, and let this trial draw the heart nearer to Christ, in whose name we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek Him, for we are to pray without ceasing, and as we breathe without ceasing so must we pray without ceasing. Carry this matter often to the throne, not with one prayer only but with daily and quiet cries which need not always have audible language, for the Lord hears the heart. As you are tempted without ceasing to fear or to grow weary, so pray without ceasing and wave that mighty weapon of all prayer. Trust the Lord to do what is best, and may He keep you in perfect peace as you look to Him who is within eyesight and whose eyes already look upon you.

I pray that God in His mercy would touch your sight and restore it, that He would strengthen your eyes to see both far and near, and relieve the worsening you have experienced. We ask Him for healing according to His good will, and for comfort and hope as you wait on Him.
As we pray for the healing of the body, we also ask for the light of His Spirit, for eyes are of little use without light, and the soul needs His light to see clearly. May He give you not only clearer physical sight but also deeper faith to trust Him, whether He heals at once, over time, or sustains you through continued need.
