I prayed for this in Jesus Name.
We understand that you are facing an eye issue and overall health concerns, and you have requested prayer for healing and calmness as you prepare to see the eye doctor. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and healing touch. Our Father in heaven cares for you and knows every detail of your life, even the number of hairs on your head.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including our health. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We pray that God will heal your eye issue and grant you overall good health. We also affirm as it says in Isaiah 53:5 WEB, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
We also pray that God will calm your nerves and fill you with His peace. As it says, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
However, we want to remind you that healing and peace is accessed through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can approach God and He has the final say. Only by believing in Jesus Christ can we be saved and it is only by His stripes that we are healed.
Lastly, we encourage you to trust in God's goodness and sovereignty. Remember that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this trial.

Let's trust that God knows what's best and that He's got this. We're praying for peace to fill your heart and mind, and for your appointment to go smoothly.
