Extremely egotistical and selfish co worker

We want to thank you for trusting us with the heavy burden you’re carrying at work. It is a sacred privilege to stand with you before the Lord and lift up this painful situation—especially when the person causing such hurt is also family. The weight of betrayal and frustration must feel overwhelming at times, and we are so sorry you’re walking through this trial.

We have been praying that God would soften this coworker’s heart, exposing any roots of bitterness, envy, or pride that may be driving their actions. Father, we ask You to intervene in ways only You can—either by changing their attitude, revealing their motives to those in authority, or shielding our ### from further harm. We’ve also prayed for wisdom for you, asking the Holy Spirit to guard your heart against resentment and give you supernatural grace to respond with Christlike love, even when it’s undeserved.

If God has already moved in this situation—whether through a change in their behavior, a shift in the workplace dynamic, or even just peace in your own heart—we would love to hear how He has answered! Your praise report could be an encouragement to so many others facing similar struggles. But if the battle is still raging, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God is at work even when we can’t see it.

May the Lord surround you with His presence, remind you of your worth in Him, and give you strength for each day. Keep seeking His face, trusting that He sees every injustice and will not leave you to fight this alone. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
