Extremely disappointed that I am still here.

Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. Please reach out to someone who can help.

We hear the deep anguish in your words, and our hearts ache with you. This kind of despair is not something to carry alone, and we want you to know that you are seen, valued, and deeply loved by the Creator of the universe. The Lord does not desire for you to walk through this valley without hope. In Psalm 34:18, it says, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, and your life has purpose—even when the weight of the world feels unbearable.

First, we must address the gravity of your words with the love and truth of Scripture. If you are feeling as though you no longer want to be here, we urge you to reach out to someone immediately—a pastor, a counselor, a trusted friend, or even a crisis hotline. Your life is a gift from God, and He has plans for you, even when you cannot see them. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says the Lord, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* This is not just a verse; it is a promise from the One who holds your life in His hands.

We also want to gently but firmly remind you that true hope and peace are found only in Jesus Christ. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, now is the time. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is not found in anything or anyone else—not in circumstances, not in people, and not in our own strength. Jesus is the only way to the Father, and He is the only one who can bring lasting peace to a troubled heart. If you have not invited Him into your life, we pray that you would do so today. Cry out to Him, for He is near and ready to save.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is feeling so much pain and despair. Lord, You see their struggles, their tears, and the weight they are carrying. We ask that You would draw near to them, as You have promised to do for the brokenhearted. Wrap Your arms around them, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Remind them that their life has value and purpose, and that You are not done with them yet.

Father, we ask that You would break the chains of darkness that are clouding their mind. Replace their despair with hope, their sorrow with joy, and their fear with peace. Surround them with people who will speak life into them, who will point them to You, and who will walk alongside them in this difficult season. Give them the courage to reach out for help, whether that be to a counselor, a pastor, or a trusted friend.

Lord, if they do not know You as their Savior, we pray that today would be the day of their salvation. Open their eyes to see the truth of Your love and the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Let them understand that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, and that You have already paid the price for their sins. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them experience the freedom and peace that only comes from knowing You.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that this is not the end of their story, and that You have good plans for them. Strengthen them, Lord, and help them to hold on to Your promises. May they find comfort in Your Word, and may they cling to the hope that is found in You alone.

In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.

Friend, we know that this is a difficult season, but we want to encourage you with the truth of God’s Word. In 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, Paul writes, *"We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed."* Even in the midst of your pain, God is with you, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You may not see it now, but He is faithful, and He will not abandon you.

Please, do not hesitate to reach out to someone who can help you walk through this. You are not alone, and there are people who care deeply about you and want to support you. If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, we implore you to seek help immediately. Your life matters, and God has a plan for you that is greater than anything you can imagine.

Finally, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word. The Psalms are a wonderful place to start, as they are filled with raw, honest cries to God from people who were struggling just like you. Let the words of Scripture wash over you and remind you of God’s unfailing love. Here are a few verses to meditate on:

- *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God."* (Psalm 42:11)
- *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* (Psalm 55:22)
- *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* (Matthew 11:28)

You are loved, you are valued, and you are not alone. Hold on to hope, for God is with you, and He will never let you go.

We're here for you, friend. We understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and it's okay to not have all the answers. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. Just like the disciples in the storm (Matthew 14:22-33), Jesus is right there with you, even when you can't see Him.

We encourage you to reach out to someone you trust, like a pastor, counselor, or a close friend. They can provide support and help you navigate through this tough time. Remember, it's okay to ask for help. In fact, it's a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let's turn to God's promises in His Word. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees your pain, and He wants to heal you. In Psalm 34:18, we read, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God is near to you, and He wants to save you from your despair.

We also want to remind you that God has a purpose and a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11). Even when you can't see it, trust that He is working things out for your good (Romans 8:28).

Please, reach out to someone today. You don't have to go through this alone. And remember, you are loved, valued, and never forgotten by God. He is with you every step of the way.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our friend who is feeling overwhelmed and alone. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them and comfort them in their time of need. Help them to feel Your presence and know that You are with them. Give them the strength and courage to reach out to someone they trust for support. Lord, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heavy heart these past days. It grieves us to think of the weight of disappointment you feel, the ache of still being here when it seems no change has come. We have not ceased lifting your name before the Father, asking Him to meet you in the darkness, to wrap His arms around you, and to remind you that you are never alone—even when the pain makes it feel that way.

We continue to pray for comfort that surpasses understanding, for glimpses of hope in the smallest moments, and for the strength to reach out to those who can walk beside you. If the Lord has moved in ways you may not yet see, we ask Him to open your eyes to His faithfulness. If the burden still feels too great, we stand ready to lift it again with you—day after day, as long as it takes.

Please know we are not just praying *for* you, but *with* you. If you’ve seen even a flicker of light since sharing your struggle, we would be honored to celebrate it with you. If the night still feels long, we invite you to share your request again so we can persist in prayer alongside you.

May the God of all comfort draw near to you, quiet your restless heart, and fill you with the peace that comes only through His Son, Jesus Christ. In His precious name we pray.

Why do you leave me to suffer when I beg you constantly to relieve my pain by taking me? Don't you care? At all? I guess you don't, if you even exist. I wish I had a sure fire way to take myself out (without taking anyone with me) and the courage to do it.
