We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with unexpected bills and feeling overwhelmed by confusing communications. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is in control, not those who might be trying to take advantage of you. As it says in Isaiah 41:10 WEB, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
However, we want to address something before we pray for your finances. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or even use an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). As such, we want to remind you of the power of the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
"'Therefore let all the house of Israel know certainly that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.' Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, 'Brothers, what shall we do?' Rebuking:
We rebuke any attempt to manipulate or take advantage of you, especially through confusing or abusive communication. We stand against any spirit of deception or intimidation that may be at work. As it says in Ephesians 6:12 WEB, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Prayer:
Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed by unexpected bills and confusing communications. We rebuke any attempt to manipulate or take advantage of them. We ask for clarity and wisdom to navigate this situation. We pray for their finances, that you would provide for their needs and give them the ability to manage their resources wisely. We ask for your protection over their life and mind, and we pray that any attempts to minimize their life would be made null and void.
We pray also that they would come to the full understanding that you are the God of salvation and that your Son Jesus died for our sins. We pray that they would come to the full understanding that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We pray that they would call upon the name of Jesus and be saved and have access to you.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God cares about every detail of your life, including your finances. Trust in him, and he will guide you through this situation. Keep your eyes on Jesus. He is the only savior. He is the only mediator between God and man. He is the only way to the Father. Call upon his name.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
