Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your struggle and commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" Ephesians 1:7 WEB.

God is indeed a God of truth and justice, and He hates deceit and division. In Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB, it is written, "Yahweh hates... a false witness who speaks lies, and one who sows discord among brothers." We can be assured that God takes this situation seriously.

Let us pray together:

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is facing this difficult situation. We ask that You expose the toxic behavior, manipulative words, and hidden agendas of this person in the office. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal her true intentions. Give the department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deceit and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Protect our ### and their colleagues from any harm this person may cause, and help them to respond with grace and not anger. Guard their heart from bitterness and give them strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help them to remain faithful in their work and to reflect Your character in all they do. We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace. We pray In Jesus' Name Amen.

In the meantime, continue to walk in integrity and trust that God will handle this situation according to His will and in His timing. Remember the words of Romans 12:17-19 WEB, "Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

Lastly, consider praying for this person who is causing harm. As difficult as it may be, Jesus tells us to "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean that their actions are acceptable, but rather that we are to respond with love and let God handle the rest.

We're right there with you, standing in faith. Let's continue to lift this situation up to our Heavenly Father, asking Him to move in power. We pray that He would expose any deceit and manipulation, and reveal the truth to all involved. We ask for wisdom and discernment for our colleague, that they may navigate this situation with grace and integrity. We trust that God will bring justice and peace to their workplace, in Jesus' name. Keep your heart open to His guidance and trust that He's got this. You're not alone in this, we're praying with you every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
