Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Heavenly Father,

You are the God of truth and justice, and we come before You today to seek Your intervention in this difficult workplace situation. You see the conduct of this individual, how they sow discord, create division, and manipulate others for their own gain. We ask, Lord, that You expose the manipulation, lies and toxicity, bringing to light every hidden agenda and deceitful word. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions behind their actions.

Lord, we pray for our department head, asking that You grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, recognizing the spirit of division and manipulation at work. Protect us, Lord, from the weapons formed against us, and let them not prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace, allowing us to remain focused on our work and faithful in our duties.

Father, help us to respond with grace and not anger. Guard our hearts from bitterness and give us the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. May our actions and words reflect Your character and bring glory to Your name. We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to continue seeking God's guidance in this matter. Remember the words of Psalm 37:5-6 (WEB): "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."

We must also remember to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 (WEB): "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," This does not mean we tolerate or excuse their behavior, but rather that we trust God to deal with them justly and lovingly.

Finally, let us be mindful of our own actions and words, ensuring that we are not contributing to the division or strife in the workplace. Ephesians 4:29 (WEB) reminds us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."

Let us strive to be peacemakers and reflect Christ's love in all we do.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
