Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your struggle and commend you for turning to God in this situation. It is right to ask God for justice and truth to prevail. As we pray and seek God's will together, let us remember that God is sovereign and that vengeance is His.

Firstly, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." This does not mean we condone or ignore their actions, but rather, we trust God to deal with them justly.

We must also be aware of any anger or bitterness we may hold, for Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.".

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our ### who is facing this difficult situation. We ask that You reveal wickedness and expose the darkness. However, we pray a blessing over the person causing trouble. We ask for a change of heart, and for conviction. Lord, guide the ### with discernment and wisdom. Shield the workplace from strife and division.

Help our ### to respond with love, grace, and patience. Guard their heart from bitterness and provide the strength to endure. Give them opportunities to display Your character. Let the department be a reflection of You.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for the justice that You bring. We trust in Your timing and Your will. We ask for peace to reign. We ask for Your Name to be lifted up. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers according to Your Word.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for truth to prevail. Let's keep our focus on Jesus, who is our peace and our righteousness. As it's written in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes." Trust that God is in control and will work all things together for good, as promised in Romans 8:28.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
