Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.

Let us pray.
Almighty God, you are the God of truth and justice. You see every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story used to deceive and influence our department head. We ask that You expose the toxicity that this person is bringing into the workplace. Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against us or our colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Lord, help us to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard our hearts from bitterness, and give us strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help us to remain faithful in our work and to reflect Your character in all we do. We trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We also want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:17-21 (WEB):
"'Return to no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.'"

It is important to pursue peace and to trust God to deal with those who harm us. We should not take revenge but instead, do good to them. This does not mean that we allow ourselves to be continually harmed or taken advantage of, but rather that we trust God to bring justice and vindicate us.

We are also called to speak the truth in love, as it says in Ephesians 4:15 (WEB):
"'...speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ.'"

This means that if there is an opportunity to address the person's behavior in a loving and respectful way, we should do so. This could mean going to her privately and expressing how her actions are affecting you and others. It could also mean going to your department head or a trusted authority figure and sharing your concerns.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 (WEB):
"'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'"

If you have not already, consider sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with this person. It may be that her behavior is a result of not knowing Him.

We're here with you, standing in the gap. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees all, even the hidden things. Let's ask Him to expose the truth, to reveal her true intentions, and to give our department head wisdom to see through the deception. Let's also pray for patience and grace for you, that you may respond in love, not bitterness. Trust in God's justice, it will prevail. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
