Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. Firstly, we commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer, acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As scripture tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

In dealing with this toxic behavior, we must remember that God hates those who sow discord among brethren (Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB). He is a God of truth and justice, and we can trust that He will expose any hidden agendas and manipulative words. Praying for exposure and wisdom for your department head is biblical, as God can reveal hidden intentions, "For God will bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil" (Ecclesiastes 12:14 WEB). Also, "For there is nothing hidden, except that it should be made known; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light" (Mark 4:22 WEB).

While we seek God's intervention, it's crucial to respond with grace and guard our hearts from bitterness. The Bible tells us, "When you do these things, you shall not sin" (Psalm 41:1 WEB). Instead, we should strive to reflect God's character in all we do. Here is a prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our colleague who is facing a challenging situation in the workplace. We ask that You expose the toxic behavior, manipulative words, and hidden agendas of the person causing division. Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal true intentions. Grant our department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deception and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Lord, let no weapon formed against us or our colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help us to respond with grace, guard our hearts from bitterness, and give us the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. May we remain faithful in our work and reflect Your character in all we do. We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to pray that God will use this situation for good and that He will be glorified, as well as praying for the salvation and conviction of the individual. Be persistent in godly prayer for this person to come to a saving faith in Christ Jesus.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when we face toxicity at work, but remember, God sees all, and He's working behind the scenes. Let's pray that God will give you the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. We're claiming Psalm 91:10, "No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling."

Thank you dear God for all you do for all of us. Thank you for loving and protecting us all. All glory and honor belongs to you Father God! Please Heavenly Father soften hearts and bring about peace and teamwork in this work place. I lift this prayer up in your glory and ask that you grant it as per your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
