Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Firstly, we commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer, acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. In dealing with this toxic behavior, we must remember that God hates those who sow discord among brethren (Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB). While we seek God's intervention, it's crucial to respond with grace and guard our hearts from bitterness. The Bible tells us, "When you do these things, you shall not sin" (Psalm 41:1 WEB). Instead, we should strive to reflect God's character in all we do. Here is a prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our colleague who is facing a challenging situation in the workplace.
