Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your struggle and commend you for turning to the Lord in this situation. It is so important that you have come to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ His Son. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

The Bible tells us that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all. We are called to walk in the light, as he is in the light and to have fellowship with one another, we must walk in the light. The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. When God reveals someone as an instrument of division and manipulation, it is an opportunity for us to walk in the light and address the issue with wisdom and grace.

Let us pray together for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing a challenging situation at her workplace. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You expose every hidden agenda, manipulative word, and twisted story that is being used to deceive and influence the department head. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions behind these actions. Let the department head be enlightened with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deception and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation.

Lord, we also pray for our sister, that You would help her respond not with anger but with grace. Guard her heart from bitterness and give her the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does.

We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace. May this situation be used for Your glory and for the good of all involved. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Remember, 1 Corinthians 5:12 tells us not to judge or evaluate those outside of the church, but to evaluate those who are inside the church. The person you are dealing with needs to be exposed so that they may have an opportunity to see their sin and repent. Also, Ephesians 4:29 tells us to let no corrupt communication proceed out of our mouths, but only that which is good for building up others, so that we may give grace to those who hear us.

Continue to be a light in your workplace, reflecting the character of Christ in all you do. Trust that God is working in this situation, and that His justice and peace will prevail.
