Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God is indeed a God of truth and justice. He sees all things and knows the hearts of all people. As it says in Hebrews 4:13, "Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do."

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### who is facing difficulty in her workplace. You know the situation, Lord, and You see the manipulation and deceit being sown. We pray that You would expose any hidden agendas and twisted stories, and that You would shine Your light on all darkness. Reveal the true intentions of this person and enlighten the department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity.

Lord, we also pray for our ###, that You would help her respond with grace and not anger. Guard her heart from bitterness and give her the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does.

We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

Now the Scriptures says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

Please know that God is sovereign, and He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. It's encouraging to see that you are trusting in Him and seeking His will.

We also commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father's presence. As Jesus said in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me."

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of loving your enemies and praying for those who persecute you, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44. This doesn't mean that you should not seek justice or truth, but rather that your heart should be filled with love and not bitterness or hatred.

We urge you to continue to seek God's will in this situation and to act in a manner that honors Him. Remember that God can turn even the most difficult situations around for His glory and your good.
