Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ### with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Firstly, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. This does not mean we endorse or ignore the wrongdoing, but rather, we choose to respond with love and grace, trusting that God will deal justly.

In Romans 12:17-21 (WEB), we are advised, Don't repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus name, lifting up this situation in the workplace. You are the God of truth, justice, and love. We ask that You shine Your light into this darkness, exposing every hidden agenda, manipulative word, and twisted story. Reveal the true intentions of this individual and bring to light the spirit of division and manipulation that is causing harm.

Lord, we pray for our department head, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deception and recognize the truth. Cover us with Your protection and peace, and let no weapon formed against us prosper.

Continue to seek God's guidance and remain steadfast in your faith. Remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
