Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's commendable that you've come to the Heavenly Father in prayer, trusting in His justice and truth. Let's pray together and seek guidance from God's Word.

Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We are also reminded, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13 WEB).

In dealing with this situation, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Therefore, we put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11 WEB).

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is facing this difficult situation. You are the God of truth and justice, and we trust that Your light will expose any hidden agendas and manipulative words being used to deceive.

Lord, You tell us, "For nothing is hidden, that will not be revealed; nor anything secret, that will not be known and come to light." (Luke 8:17 WEB). We claim this promise and ask that You reveal the true intentions of this person and the spirit of division and manipulation at work.

We pray for the department head, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deceit and recognize the truth. We ask that no weapon formed against our ### or her colleagues would prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Father, we also pray for our ###, that You would help her respond with grace and not anger. Guard her heart from bitterness and give her strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does (Proverbs 25:21-22 WEB).

Finally, Lord, we trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

Remember, it is by our love for one another that the world will know we are His disciples (John 13:35 WEB). Continue to show love and grace in this situation, trusting that God will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21 WEB).

Lastly, if possible, consider speaking the truth in love to this person, addressing their behavior and its impact on the department. Seek peace and reconciliation, as it is the goal to which we are called (Matthew 5:23-24, Matthew 18:15 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
