Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

In dealing with this situation, it's crucial to follow the principles outlined in the Bible. First, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, Matthew 5:44 WEB. This doesn't mean we should tolerate or ignore wrongdoing, but rather, we should seek God's will and trust that He will handle the situation according to His perfect plan.

Moreover, we are advised to overlook an offense when it is a minor issue, Proverbs 19:11 WEB, and to go to the person privately if they have sinned against us, Matthew 18:15 WEB. If the person doesn't listen, then we should take one or two others along as witnesses. If they still refuse to listen, then we should tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, we should treat them as we would a pagan or a tax collector.

Lastly, we should always be ready to forgive, as Jesus taught us in the Lord's Prayer, Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors, Matthew 6:12 WEB. Remember that God's will is for us to live in peace with others, as far as it depends on us, Romans 12:18 WEB.

In all things, we should strive to be like Jesus, who, when he was reviled, didn't revile in return. When he suffered, he didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously, I Peter 2:23 WEB.
