Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your struggle and commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer. It is right to trust in God's justice and seek His intervention when facing deceit and manipulation. We are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 10:26, "Therefore don't be afraid of them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed; and hidden that will not be known." God sees all things and will expose the truth in His perfect timing.

It is clear that you are being affected by the toxic behavior of this individual, and it is important to address this situation with godly wisdom and love. Remember what the Apostle Paul says in Romans 12:17-18, "Don't repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We must strive to be peacemakers and avoid returning evil for evil.

However, seeking justice and exposing wrongdoing is not the same as retaliation. In fact, the Bible encourages us to expose the unfruitful works of darkness, as mentioned in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them." It is right to pray for God's intervention and for the truth to be revealed.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation at work. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You expose every hidden agenda, manipulative word, and twisted story that is being used to deceive and influence the department head.
