Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We must first remember that God is a God of justice and truth, and He sees all that is happening.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing a difficult situation at work. You know the heart of the person causing division and the pain it is bringing to others. Help our colleague to respond with grace and not with anger. Guard their heart from bitterness and give them the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help them to remain faithful in their work and to reflect Your character in all they do.

We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

In dealing with this situation, it is important to remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 (WEB): "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"

Additionally, in Romans 12:17-21 (WEB), we are instructed: "Don't return evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

We must also remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'
