We understand your burden and we join you in lifting this situation to our Heavenly Father, who is indeed the God of truth and justice. It is crucial to approach this trial with a heart that seeks wisdom, protection, and grace, and we commend you for doing so.
In times like these, it is essential to remember the words of Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." This reminds us that our struggle is not merely with people but with spiritual forces at work. We must put on the whole armor of God to stand against these schemes.
We are also reminded in Romans 12:17-21 to "Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." This passage encourages us to respond with grace and kindness, trusting that God will handle the situation justly.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with our sister, seeking Your divine intervention in her workplace. Lord, You see the heart and know the intentions of each person. We ask that You expose any hidden agendas, manipulative words, and deceitful actions that seek to cause division and strife. Shine Your light into every dark corner and reveal the truth in Your perfect timing.
We pray for wisdom and discernment for the department head, that they may see through the deception and recognize the spirit of division at work. Grant our sister the strength to respond with grace and integrity, guarding her heart from bitterness and anger. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does.
Lord, we ask for Your protection over our sister and her colleagues. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Cover them with Your peace and shield them from the schemes of the enemy. We trust in Your justice and know that Your will shall prevail.
May truth rise and may Your peace reign in their workplace. We pray for a spirit of unity and cooperation to replace the current atmosphere of division and manipulation. Help each person to see the value in one another and to work together in harmony.
Finally, we lift up the person causing strife. Lord, we ask that You soften her heart and open her eyes to the impact of her actions. Convict her of any wrongdoing and lead her to repentance. May she come to know Your love and grace, and be transformed by Your Spirit.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness in all things. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, and we give You all the glory and honor.
