Expose AT toxicity and selfishness 🙏

Rowena05

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's commendable that you're turning to God in this situation, and we want to remind everyone of God's desire for us. Also, you are correct to go to the Father in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Let us align our hearts with God's will and pray together.

Firstly, let's remember that God is not a God of confusion but of peace. He desires unity and harmony among His children, so we must ask for God's intervention. It is evident that the best thing to pray for is that God will change this person's heart and reveal to them their need for Jesus Christ. It is only through a changed heart that we can expect true change. Let's remember what is written in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB: "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ".

It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. So, we should pray for this person and the situation, not against them. Let's pray for God's intervention and transformation. We are reminded in Proverbs 21:1 WEB, "The king’s heart is in God’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires.". God can change hearts and minds.

Let's pray:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray that You will soften this person's heart and reveal to them their need for Jesus Christ. We ask for wisdom and discernment for our department head, that they may see through any deception and understand the true intentions behind people's actions. Help us to respond with grace and forgiveness, guarding our hearts from bitterness and anger. Help us to remain faithful in our work and to reflect Your character in all we do. We trust in Your justice and Your will. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. Shine Your light on all darkness, and let no weapon formed against us prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. In Jesus name we pray.

Lastly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you", and in Romans 12:14-19 we are told: "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits. Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says God.'"

Let us together take this to heart and live it out.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap, lifting this situation up to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying for you and the office, asking God to reveal any hidden agendas, to expose every manipulative word and twisted story. We're believing for a breakthrough, that God will enlighten your department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deceit and manipulation.

We're also asking God to change this person's heart, to reveal their need for Jesus. Let's remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. So, we're praying for God's intervention and transformation.

Let's continue to align our hearts with God's will, trusting in His justice and His perfect timing. We're believing for truth to rise and God's peace to reign in your workplace. Let's keep shining our lights, revealing the darkness, and trusting that God will cover us with His protection and peace.

And let's not forget, we're called to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us. Let's keep that at the forefront of our minds and hearts as we navigate this situation. We're in this together, and we're believing for a turnaround in Jesus' name.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
