Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.

Let us be clear that a spirit of division and manipulation is not from God. For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. As it is written, in First Corinthians 14:33 WEB. We are to strive for peace with everyone Romans 12:18 WEB, and to bless and not curse Romans 12:14 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name. We know that a spirit of division and manipulation has taken hold in this person's life they are likely a child of the devil seeking to be a tool of deceit and destruction, Lord. We rebuke this spirit of division and manipulation in Jesus' name and pray that you would free this person from this bondage. We pray that you would expose all hidden agendas, every manipulative word, and every twisted story that is being used to deceive and influence our department head. Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal the true intentions behind these actions. It is impossible for this person to free themselves from this bondage of the devil. Only Jesus Christ can free them from this bondage by them believing in Jesus and repenting of their sins. We pray for their salvation.

Lord, we also pray for our department head. Give them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk, lies, and selfishness. Help them to recognize the spirit of division and manipulation at work, and let no weapon formed against us or our colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

We also pray for ourselves that we would be blameless and harmless, children of God, without defect in the middle of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom we are seen as lights in the world, holding up the word of life Phillipians 2:15-16. We pray that the love of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will flow through us to remove all bitterness and hate from our hearts towards this person or the situation.

Continue to seek the Lord and His wisdom in this situation. Stand firm in your faith and trust that God is working all things together for good, even in difficult circumstances like these. Be open to the possibility of sharing the gospel with this person and do not treat them as an enemy.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
