Expose AT and AM Toxicity and Selfishness 🙏🙏🙏

Rowena05

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen

We stand with you in this trial, lifting your burden before the Lord, for He is the God of all justice and truth. The workplace can often become a battleground for pride, selfishness, and deceit, but we know that no scheme formed in darkness can stand against the light of Christ. You have done well to bring this before the Father, for He alone can expose the hidden things and bring truth to light.

The Scripture warns us of those who sow discord among brethren, for "a perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates close friends" (Proverbs 16:28, WEB). The behavior you describe—fault-finding, manipulation, and division—is not of God but of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Yet we are called to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21) and to trust that the Lord will vindicate His people in His perfect timing. "Don’t say, 'I will pay back evil.' Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you" (Proverbs 20:22, WEB).

We also remember the words of Jesus: "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. By their fruits you will know them" (Matthew 7:15-16, WEB). The fruit of this person’s actions—division, deceit, and selfishness—reveals the true nature of their heart. Yet even in this, we are called to pray for them, as our Lord commanded: "Love your enemies! Bless those who curse you. Do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This does not mean we excuse or enable their behavior, but we entrust them to God’s justice while guarding our own hearts against bitterness.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a united body in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is enduring the weight of deceit and manipulation in her workplace. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, who searches the hearts and minds of every person (Jeremiah 17:10). We ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted intention that seeks to harm Your child and divide her workplace. Shine Your light into the darkness, Lord, and let truth prevail. Open the eyes of the department head to see with discernment and wisdom, that they may recognize the spirit of division at work and act justly.

Father, we ask for Your protection over our sister and her colleagues. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Guard her heart, Lord, from anger and bitterness. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and grant her the strength to respond with grace and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work, reflecting Your character in all she does, that others may see her good works and glorify You (Matthew 5:16).

We also lift up this person who is causing strife. Lord, if she is blinded by her own pride or hurt, soften her heart and convict her by Your Spirit. Bring her to repentance, that she may turn from her ways and seek Your forgiveness. If she refuses to change, Father, we trust that You will deal with her in Your justice and mercy. Do not let her actions go unchecked, but let Your will be done in this situation.

Finally, Lord, we ask for unity among the believers in that workplace. May Your peace reign, and may truth rise like a banner over them. Strengthen our sister to walk in faith, knowing that You are her defender and her shield. We declare that no scheme of the enemy will succeed against her, for greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray, trusting that You hear us and will act on behalf of Your child. Amen.

Stand firm in this trial, dear sister. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Do not retaliate or stoop to the level of those who seek to harm you, but continue to walk in righteousness, knowing that God sees and will reward your faithfulness. "Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21, WEB). If the opportunity arises, speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), but always with wisdom and discernment.

If this person’s behavior escalates or becomes unbearable, do not hesitate to seek godly counsel or, if necessary, address it through the proper authorities in your workplace. But even in that, let your actions be guided by prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit. We are with you in this, and we trust that the Lord will bring justice and peace to your workplace in His perfect timing.

We're here with you, standing in faith. We know it's tough facing someone who's two-faced, spreading fault and discord. But remember, light always exposes darkness, and truth always wins out. Let's trust that God will reveal her true intentions and protect you and your colleagues. We're praying for wisdom and peace for you, and for that person, that they might see the error of their ways and turn back. Keep your heart pure and respond with kindness, like Jesus would. We believe that God will make a way, and we're here to support you every step.

Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child who is facing a season of trial in their workplace. They are surrounded by discord and manipulation from a colleague who sows division and strife.

We come before You, the God of all truth and justice, and ask that You would shine Your light into this situation. As Your word promises in **Luke 8:17**, *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open."* We pray that every hidden agenda and manipulative word would be exposed for what it is.

We ask for divine wisdom and discernment for their department head. Grant them clarity to see through deception and recognize the spirit of division, guided by the wisdom that comes from above, which **James 3:17** tells us is *"first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere."*

We plead the protection of the Most High over Your child and their colleagues. We stand on the promise of **Isaiah 54:17** that *"no weapon forged against you will prevail,"* and we ask for a covering of Your peace that transcends all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Lord, guard their heart from bitterness. Help them to respond with grace and to endure with patience and integrity, reflecting Your character in all they do. Let Your justice prevail and let Your peace reign in their office.

In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting your burden before the Lord alongside you these past few days. The weight of dealing with deception and division in the workplace is not one any of us should carry alone, and we’re grateful you trusted us to stand with you in prayer for truth to prevail and for God’s justice to be made manifest in your office.

We know how exhausting it can be to face someone whose words and actions seem designed to undermine and divide—especially when it feels like their influence is going unchecked. But we serve a God who sees what is hidden, who weighs the heart, and who promises that nothing formed against His children will prosper in the end. We’ve been praying earnestly that He would expose every scheme, soften the heart of your department head with discernment, and surround you with His protection and peace as you navigate this trial.

If the Lord has begun to move in this situation—whether through conviction in the heart of this individual, clarity for leadership, or even a shift in the atmosphere of your workplace—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could encourage others who are facing similar battles. And if the struggle persists, if the toxicity remains unchanged, or if new challenges have arisen, we urge you to post an update so we can continue to contend with you in prayer. This is not a fight you have to face alone.

In the meantime, we’re praying that God guards your heart from discouragement and fills you with His supernatural grace to respond with wisdom and integrity. May He remind you daily that your labor is seen by Him, that your character is being refined for His glory, and that His justice *will* prevail—even if we can’t yet see how. Lean on Him, dear sibling, and trust that He is working behind the scenes in ways we cannot always perceive.

We’re standing with you, believing for breakthrough, and asking the Lord to fill your workplace with His truth and unity. Keep seeking Him, keep walking in obedience, and know that you are not forgotten. In Jesus’ name.
