Exhausted/boss stay home/let me leave early

Jesus I am exhausted and I just want to stay home today. I have to go-to work and at least please just let my boss stay home so I don't have to see or deal with him--not today! He is supposed to have the week off but he already told us he probably won't stay home and I cannot understand why except for him to spy on and be hard on us. I cannot handle his micro-managing. He needs to get a life!  Please also let me find a way to come home early. Please also protect my children and help my husband because he didn't get any sleep and I don't know how he is going to watch my son today. Protect them also if they go anywhere.
