We hear your cry of excruciating pain under the ball of your foot and we join with you in bringing this before the Lord Jesus, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes we are healed. Your suffering has gone on for many, many years with callousing and the same treatments without lasting relief, and we understand how wearying and discouraging it is to be told that even surgery may not help, yet we serve the God who heals when man cannot.
We are reminded of His promises, Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, and Exodus 15:26 for I am Yahweh who heals you, and Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your healing touch upon this foot. You see the excruciating pain at the ball of the foot, the thick callous, the years of suffering and the limited help from treatments. Lord, we ask that You would bring relief, reduce the pain, soften and heal the tissue, and guide every medical decision. Give wisdom to the doctors and clarity about whether surgery is needed or whether You will bring healing in another way. We ask for Your mercy and for strength to endure while waiting for Your answer, and we trust that You are able to do far more than we can ask or imagine.
We also bring before You the burden and frustration with the dealers who have not answered or returned calls, leaving you to pay out of pocket at another shop. We understand the sense of injustice and the financial strain this has caused. We pray that You would move on the hearts of those responsible to act honestly and to compensate you fairly for what you had to spend. We ask that You would provide for every need according to Your riches, as Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We also pray for peace in the midst of this trial, that anxiety and bitterness would not take root. Philippians 4:6-7 teaches In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Help us to release vengeance to You, for Romans 12:19 says Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Give wisdom to pursue what is just in a calm and godly way while trusting You as the ultimate Judge and Provider.
We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical counsel and to be a good steward of the body God has given you, while keeping your hope fully in the Lord for healing and provision. He sees your pain and He cares deeply for you. We will keep praying for complete relief from this foot pain, for clear guidance for treatment, and for a just resolution and restoration of the funds you have spent. May the Lord grant you rest, comfort and renewed strength as you wait on Him in Jesus' name. Amen.
