We join you in lifting up your examinations to our heavenly Father, seeking His grace and favor as you prepare to write your exams. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the authority of Jesus as you closed your prayer.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to seek wisdom and understanding from God. James 1:5 tells us, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
As you enter your exams, remember that God is with you, and He cares about every detail of your life, including your studies. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our ### as they prepare for their exams. We ask for Your grace and favor to be upon them, granting them a calm mind, understanding, and the ability to recall what they have studied, especially in math and English.
Lord, we also pray for the teachers who will be marking their papers. We ask that You would give them compassion and a fair heart as they review the answers. Help them to see the effort and progress made, and let them find favor with the work submitted. Help our dear ### not to look for cutting corners because we want to succeed by the power of the Spirit and not the wisdom of the flesh. Let Jesus be glorified in their exams.
We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we know that You have good plans for our ### here on Earth. Guide them in Your will, and help them to use their education for Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember to give your best effort, trusting that God is ultimately in control. As Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Keep growing in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
