Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord (ex) on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.
Amen

Please also pray that he can hear God's voice concerning His holy plan for his life.

We join you in lifting up this man before the throne of grace and we thank you for bringing his need before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. We agree with you that Jesus reigns over all darkness and that His light expels every work of darkness, and we stand with you to declare victory over this rented apartment situation in His name.

You have asked according to Luke 9:24, For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it. This is the heart of the gospel, that to truly save our lives we must surrender them fully to Jesus Christ. We pray earnestly that this landlord, who is also your former acquaintance, will come to that place of surrender, that he will lose his life for Jesus sake so that he will truly save it for eternity.

We pray together for his salvation, for we know it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 reminds us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. John 14:6 also teaches us, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We pray that he will confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, for Romans 10:9 promises, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We take comfort that the Lord is patient, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance as we read in 2 Peter 3:9, and we ask for His mercy and grace to be poured out on this man.

We also join you in praying that he will hear Gods voice and discern His holy plan for his life. Jesus said in John 10:27, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. We ask the Father to open his ears and soften his heart, to remove any spiritual deafness or hardness, and to draw him by the Holy Spirit so that he will not only hear but follow. We pray that the Lord will guide him on his lifes journey, heal any brokenness, and reveal His greatness and power to him in a personal way.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this man before You. We ask that You convict him of sin and of his need for a Savior, that You open his eyes to see that without You he will lose his life, but with You he will gain eternal life. Pour out Your love and faithfulness upon him, lead him to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, and let him become a new creation who walks in Your light. We also pray for peace and resolution over this rented apartment situation, that Your will be done and that You will be glorified in every detail. We thank You for Your love that never fails and for hearing our prayers when we ask in Jesus name. We trust You to work in Your perfect timing. Amen.

We appreciate how you are praying for your ### with such love and concern. It is a beautiful thing to want someone else to know the hope you have found in Jesus, especially someone you interact with in everyday life like this.

We hear that the rented apartment situation has weighed on you, and that you long for God to work both in your ###'s heart and in the practical details around the housing. Carrying that kind of prayer takes faithfulness.

One simple way to keep this burden before the Lord without it feeling overwhelming is to set aside a brief, regular time to pray specifically for ### by name, and to ask God to give you opportunities to reflect Christ's kindness and steadiness in your interactions with ###. Often God uses those quiet, consistent moments both to deepen our own peace and to open doors for others to hear Him.

We are joining you in asking for God's mercy and leading in ###'s life and for wisdom and calm for you as you navigate the rental situation.

Father, we bring this ### before You and ask for Your drawing work in ###'s heart, that ### would come to know Jesus and hear Your voice clearly and follow Your plan for ###'s life. We ask for Your peace and provision over this housing situation and for encouragement for our friend who is praying so faithfully. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been heard and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace concerning this soul.

The word you have set before us is solemn and true, for our Lord Himself has said, For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. There is a permanence in God's salvation which will never fade, and the truth of that salvation operates most powerfully upon the mind when a man is made to see his need of it.

We pray that the landlord of whom you speak may be brought to know the truth of God's salvation in his own soul. That he may see there is a real Fall, and that he has really transgressed, for you who have really sinned are those for whom there is truth in Christ's salvation. That he may believe in a real Atonement, that blessed doctrine of substitution, that Christ has borne in His own body the penalty due to sinners. And that he may receive a real pardon, that being justified by faith he may be really forgiven. No salvation will ever serve his turn but one which is divine from top to bottom, God's in the beginning, God's in the carrying on and God's in the concluding. May his eyes be opened to see God's Salvation, not merely to hear of it, but to see Jesus Himself who is God's Salvation, and to hear that simple command, Believe and live.

We pray also as you have asked that he may hear God's voice concerning His holy plan for his life. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. The mere letter of the Word alone will kill, but when we hear God's voice speaking in it, then it has power. May he put his ear down to the promises of Scripture till he hears God speaking through them to his soul. May the Holy Spirit help him to be warned by the threatenings, to be cheered by the promises, and to feel the power of the Word as life and salvation to him. Happy are they who hear God's voice while it is called today, but wretched are they who are placed where they could hear and yet will not hear.

Therefore we bow together and pray, O Lord Jesus, who reigns over all darkness and whose light expels all darkness, have mercy upon this man. By Thy mighty power, which none can withstand, grant him repentance and faith. Cause him to lose his life for Thy sake, to deny himself, to take up his cross and follow Thee, that he may save it unto life eternal. Let him hear Thy voice and not harden his heart, but trust in Thee alone for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Work in him that which is well pleasing in Thy sight, and guide him in the path of holiness according to Thy perfect will. We ask this not for our merit, but for Thy love and faithfulness sake, and for the glory of Thy great name. Amen.

We join you in bringing this man before the Lord in prayer, asking in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved.

You have asked according to Luke 9:24, that whoever loses his life for Jesus will save it, and we pray that truth over your landlord. We ask that God in His mercy would open his eyes to see that the death of Jesus is the salvation of the world, and that he would turn from trusting in himself and place his whole trust in Christ. We pray that he would choose to lose his life for Christ in repentance and faith, so that he would truly save it and not lose it.

We also pray as you asked that he would hear God's voice concerning His holy plan for his life. Scripture teaches that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, and that the Church is brought to Christ by hearing His voice through His teaching. We pray that he would not be careless about hearing the word, but would give careful attention and continual recollection to what God has spoken in Scripture. In that hearing he can learn to recognize the voice of the true Bridegroom and follow Him. We pray that his mouth and heart would be kept from what is unclean and that the light of Christ would expel all darkness, as you have prayed.

Now is the acceptable time and now is the day of salvation, so we pray that he would not delay but would respond today while God is calling. We ask that God would grant him not only to hear but to do what he hears, with lowliness and meekness, and that he would be delivered from all that holds him back from fully following Christ. We pray that God would lead him into every part of virtue and into a life that is pleasing to Him, including walking in holiness and in accord with God's design for life and for marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with purity belonging within it.

We pray for your rented apartment situation as well, that God would give you wisdom, peace and provision, and that His will would be done there. We ask that all involved would see the greatness and power of the Lord and come to know His love and faithfulness.

Lord Jesus, we thank You that You reign and that Your power is mighty to save. Have mercy and grace upon this man, draw him to Yourself, grant him repentance and faith, and guide him by Your word into Your holy plan for his life. We ask this in Your saving name, Amen.

We join you in praying for this landlord according to Luke 9:24. Jesus taught that whoever tries to hold onto his life on his own terms will lose it, but whoever surrenders his life for the sake of Jesus will save it. That is the heart of the gospel. Salvation is not found by protecting ourselves or by our own efforts, but by losing ourselves to Christ and receiving the great salvation He alone provides.

This salvation is great because it is open to anyone who will come. Jesus said whoever comes to Him He will never cast out, and Scripture promises that whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved. There is no other way and there is no escape if we neglect what Jesus has done. He is the Lord our salvation, the One who came to save His people from their sins, who bore the curse for us and became the originator and leader of our salvation to bring many sons and daughters into glory. To confess Him now as Lord and to submit to Him now is salvation and eternal life. It is not earned by works. We receive the Spirit and new life by hearing with faith, by hearing the word of God and believing it, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. God knows every heart, and His hands are still stretched out in mercy.

We also pray as you asked that he will hear God's voice concerning His holy plan for his life. Scripture describes the voice of the Lord as powerful and full of majesty. It is upon many waters, it breaks the cedars, it divides the flames of fire and shakes the wilderness. Yet that same powerful voice is also personal and near. Just as a child before birth learns to recognize its mother's voice and is comforted by it, God has made us to recognize His voice when He speaks. He chose that we should know His will, see Jesus the righteous One, and hear the voice of His mouth speaking truth that leads to conversion and life. Our prayer is that today, if he hears His voice, he will not harden his heart but will respond.

Even the years of difficulty and struggle can be part of God's preparation, His hand gently leading a person toward the moment when the gospel is heard and believed. We ask God in His grace to arrange that hearing, to send His word clearly, and to give faith to believe.

Let us pray. Lord Jesus, You reign over all darkness and Your light expels it. We ask for Your mercy and grace upon this landlord. We pray that You would open his ears to hear Your voice, powerful and majestic yet full of love, and that he would hear the word of Christ and believe. Grant him repentance and faith to lose his life for Your sake, to confess You as Lord, and to be saved. Guide him into the holy plan You have for his life, deliver his soul, and let him know the love and faithfulness You have shown through the cross and resurrection. We ask that all who know him will see Your greatness and power as You transform his life. In the name of Jesus our salvation, Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your request before the Lord and remembering the verse you shared in Luke 9:24 that whoever loses his life for Jesus will save it.

We continue to pray in Jesus Name that your landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus so that he will not lose it, and that he will hear Gods voice concerning His holy plan for his life. We join with you in declaring that Jesus reigns over the darkness and that His light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits, and we ask for His healing power and mercy and grace to guide this man on his lifes journey. We are praying for victory over this rented apartment situation and that everyone involved will see the greatness and power of the Lord and that His love and faithfulness will be made known.

We are trusting with you that no one can withstand His mighty power and that He is able to draw this man to Himself.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
