We join you in praying in Jesus name for this owner to fully submit to God's voice and to surrender his life and all of his will to the Father, and we thank you for bringing this request before the Lord with us.
We are encouraged by your desire to see him walk in obedience and surrender, for Scripture teaches us that to truly hear God is to follow Him. Jesus said, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me John 10:27. To hear His voice is not only to listen but to obey, for Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams 1 Samuel 15:22.
We pray that he will humble himself and submit himself completely to God, for the Word says, Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. And we pray he will offer his whole life as a living sacrifice, as we are urged, Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service Romans 12:1. This is what it means to surrender his will to the Father, to pray as our Lord Jesus prayed, not my will, but yours, be done Luke 22:42, and to trust with all his heart as it is written, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this owner to You. We ask that You soften his heart and open his ears to hear Your voice clearly and to respond in obedience. Draw him by Your Holy Spirit to surrender his life, his heart, his plans and all of his will to You. Help him to deny himself, take up his cross and follow You. It is a right and needful prayer you have laid before the Lord, that a man should hear the voice of God and bow his will to the will of the Father, for as surely as God's will is the axle of the universe and the great heart of providence, so every soul must come to be governed by that same sovereign will if he would know peace.
We join you in asking that the owner of whom you speak may be brought to hear and to heed. To hear without attention, to hear without resolving to obey, is useless work. When God speaks, whether by His Word or by the gentle whispers of His Holy Spirit, it is our duty to believe and to obey at once. Men are not to wait until they feel themselves made ready, for it is not man's condition that gives him a right to believe, but God's command that lays upon him the duty to trust Christ.
We pray that the Spirit of God, who alone can change the human will, may work in him to will and to do of His good pleasure, and so make him willing in the day of God's power. Salvation is of God's will, yet men are not saved against their wills. The work of grace is to dethrone self, to throw down the weapons of rebellion, and to bring the stubborn heart into unconditional surrender to Christ. There is no happiness till self is dethroned, and no salvation without submission to His divine will.
May the Lord grant him grace to say from the heart, I yield myself to Christ and take Him to be my Saviour, to lay his soul and all its sins at the dear feet of Jesus and trust in Him alone to save. For there is no other name by which we must be saved, and no other confidence that will stand in the day of judgment.
