We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom all evil must flee. What has been done to you is a grievous violation of your God-given free will and a perversion of the sacred trust that should exist within any assembly claiming to follow Christ. The Scriptures are clear: "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). What you describe is not of God, for "God is light, and in him is no darkness at all" (1 John 1:5 WEB). Any voice that does not align with the truth, love, and holiness of Christ is a voice that must be silenced by the authority of Jesus’ name.
We rebuke the evil that has been forced upon you without your consent. The Lord declares, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). You are not abandoned, nor are you powerless. Jesus came to "proclaim release to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed" (Luke 4:18 WEB). The enemy may have sought to bind you, but Christ has already broken every chain. We command that evil voice to leave you now, in the name of Jesus, and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up our brother/sister who has been tormented by an evil voice, forced upon them through deception and manipulation. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who delivers. We ask that You break every chain of darkness that has been placed upon them. Send Your holy angels to encamp around them, to guard their mind, their heart, and their spirit from every lying voice that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy.
Jesus, we plead the blood of Your cross over this precious one. Let the power of Your resurrection life flow through them, driving out every unclean spirit that has taken residence without invitation. We declare that they are a temple of the Holy Spirit, and no evil shall dwell in Your temple. "For greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let Your truth be a shield around them.
Father, we ask for healing from the trauma of gaslighting and manipulation. Restore their sense of safety, their trust in You, and their confidence in Your Word. Let them know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Surround them with godly believers who will speak life, truth, and encouragement into their life. May they walk in the freedom that Christ died to give them, no longer a slave to fear but a child of God, redeemed and set free.
We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them. We trust in Your promise that "the God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet" (Romans 16:20 WEB). May this dear one walk in victory, clothed in the full armor of God, standing firm against the schemes of the devil. We declare that the evil voice has no authority here, for Jesus has already won the battle. In His mighty name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. The enemy may have sought to isolate you, but you are never alone. "The Lord is near to all those who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth" (Psalm 145:18 WEB). Seek out a Bible-believing church where the Word of God is preached in truth and love, and where the name of Jesus is lifted high. Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you, encourage you, and remind you of the victory you have in Christ.
If you have not already, we urge you to renounce any involvement or association with the cult that has harmed you. The Bible warns, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). You are called to walk in the light, and the Lord will guide your steps as you seek Him with your whole heart.
Continue to fill your mind with Scripture. Meditate on verses like Psalm 34:17-18 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not defined by what has been done to you; you are defined by the love and redemption of Jesus Christ. He has called you by name, and you are His. Walk in that truth, and let no voice, human or spiritual, tell you otherwise.

If you have a trusted pastor or Christian counselor, consider sharing what you are experiencing with them in person and asking them to pray with you regularly and help you discern next steps. If the voice is intrusive, distressing, or makes daily life harder, it is also wise to talk with your doctor or a licensed counselor alongside prayer, so you have care for both spiritual and practical needs. You do not need to sort this all out at once.
Jesus, we bring our friend to You now. You see what has happened and how heavy this feels. We ask for Your protection and peace to surround them, for Your deliverance in the way You know is best, and for quiet from anything that is not from You. Draw them close to Yourself, give wisdom to those who support them, and provide safe community around them each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has been heard and we have carried it before the Lord with earnest prayer for your deliverance.
To be wronged behind your back, to be gaslighted and oppressed by those who falsely called themselves a church, and to have an evil voice forced upon you without consent and against your will, is a sore affliction. Yet we take comfort that nothing escapes the eye of our gracious God, who acts from good reasons and sits as a Refiner by the furnace, and who hears the oppressed when they cry to Him.
We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation, will deliver you from this torment. There is a word of great hope in Job, "Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom." Job 33:24. Nobody would have thought of such a way of deliverance, that the King's own Son should bear the penalty for the guilty, but God in His love has invented it and has found the ransom Himself. That ransom is Christ Jesus, who bore our sins and by His blood makes a way of escape from every pit, whether it be guilt or the power of darkness or the assaults of the evil one.
Scripture tells us, "He has delivered us from the power of darkness." Colossians 1:13. Deliverance from the power of sin and from the oppressive power of the enemy is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. We cannot break these chains in our own strength, for they seem as though they might be broken in a moment and yet they hold us fast. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone, for He it is who saves from self, from old sins, from the devil and from evil company when He gives commandment, Deliver him.
And we pray you may yet say with the Psalmist, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." Psalm 118:17. The Lord chastens and tries, but His chastening is from a Father's hand, and His deliverance is sure. He keeps back the soul from the Pit and the life from perishing.
Therefore we pray thus for you now:
O gracious Father, in the name of Thy dear Son Jesus Christ our only ransom, look in mercy upon this afflicted one. Thou seest how this soul has been wounded by deceitful men and vexed by an evil voice that was forced upon him against his will. Lord, be gracious unto him and say, Deliver him from going down to the Pit. By the blood of Christ, silence the voice of the accuser and the tempter, and let the voice of Thy Beloved Son be heard in his heart, for Thy Son is the Beloved in whom Thou art well pleased. Rescue him from the power of darkness and translate him into the kingdom of Thy dear Son. Give him peace in place of confusion, truth in place of gaslighting, and rest from this sore labor. Guard his mind and heart by Thy Spirit, surround him with faithful and true fellowship where Thy Word is purely preached, and grant him to live and to declare Thy works. We ask this not for any merit in us, but for the sake of Jesus Christ, our ransom and our deliverer. Amen.
Take courage to look wholly to Christ and to His finished work, to keep close to the Scriptures, and to walk in the light of the true gospel. Seek the constant fellowship of a faithful, Bible believing church where you may be shepherded and prayed for, and do not walk alone in this trial. Share your burden with a trusted pastor who holds fast the truth, and if the distress continues to press heavily upon you, seek also the help of those who can care for you with wisdom and kindness. The Lord who has taught you the mischief of false ways will also teach you the sweetness of His true deliverance, and He will not let you be tried beyond what He will enable you to bear.

We pray that Jesus Himself, who alone is our Savior and deliverer, would set you free from this evil voice and from every work of the enemy that has been forced upon you against your will. Scripture teaches that Christ came to deliver us from evil and to bring us into adoption as sons of God, so that we put on Christ and receive His Spirit. There is no other name by which we are saved and no other power that can truly rescue and heal. We ask Him now to cast out what is oppressing you, to quiet what torments you, to guard your mind and heart with His peace, and to fill you with His presence.
We also pray that the Lord would deliver you as He delivered His servant from the mouth of the lion, and that He would continue to deliver you from every evil work. He sees when you have been wronged and He hears the cry of those who suffer. To be wronged is not your shame. The evil lies in doing wrong, not in suffering it, and God is compassionate toward those who are afflicted and oppressed.
We encourage you to turn away completely from that harmful group and not to return to its influence. As the Lord led His people away from evil company into a place where they could be formed and made whole, so we pray He will lead you into a faithful church where Christ is preached truly, where the Scriptures are honored, and where you can walk with other believers who will support you, pray with you, and help you stand firm. Thank you for sharing this burden so honestly. What was done to you without your consent and against your will is evil, and it is right to hate that evil and to want to be free from it. The fear of the Lord means hating evil, and that hatred of evil is the beginning of true wisdom. God does not ask you to tolerate or make peace with evil, but to turn away from it. His commands are given to protect you from what destroys you and others.
Jesus hears your prayer for deliverance, and His voice is greater than any other voice. Scripture describes His voice as like many waters and like thunder, a voice that overpowers every lesser voice. There will come a day when the voice of weeping and crying is heard no more, and even now He is present to save and to deliver, not a God far off but a God at hand. You can trust His nearness and His power.
The Lord calls His people to turn from evil ways and to obey His voice. When we listen to His voice and depart from evil, there is health and strength for the soul and body. Jesus taught us to pray, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, and that is our prayer for you now. We ask Him to silence what is not from Him and to fill you with His peace.
I pray for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ who alone saves, I ask you to deliver this dear one from this evil voice and from all oppression connected with it. Cover this life with your presence, drive out every work of darkness, and let the voice of Jesus be heard clearly above every other voice. Jesus hears your prayer for deliverance, and His voice is greater than any other voice. Scripture describes His voice as like many waters and like thunder, a voice that overpowers every lesser voice. There will come a day when the voice of weeping and crying is heard no more, and even now He is present to save and to deliver, not a God far off but a God at hand. You can trust His nearness and His power.
