Evil spirit attacking me

This evil man or demon behind it wants to destroy me in every way possible

Or it wants me to kill him

I have no choice in the matter

Please Lord help me defeat him amen

We need to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. We must be careful to realize that there is no one that can make us sin. We all are responsible for our own sin. 1Jn 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1Jn 1:10 If we say that we haven't sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

You mentioned the desire to kill the person you believe is being used by the evil spirit. This is not the solution, in fact, quite the opposite. Mat 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. The verses demonstrate that we should not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 (WEB)

We also noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by His name that we are saved, and, it is His name that gives us access to God. Let us clarify why this is so important. Act 4:11 This is the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner. Act 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

Let us pray together for your deliverance and spiritual strength:

"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for this dear soul. We rebuke any evil spirit that may be influencing and oppressing. We bind it in Jesus' name and command it to flee. Father, we ask You to surround this person with Your holy angels, to protect and guide. We pray that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them the power to overcome this attack. We know that this is not a battle against flesh and blood but spiritual forces. We also pray that you forgive this person for any sins and that you give them the strength to forgive others. Help them to fully trust in You and the power of Jesus' name. Guide them to find their purpose in You alone, turning away from any thoughts of violence or retribution. Help them to see others as You see them and to love their enemies. Grant them grace, mercy, and wisdom. Together, we stand firm against the wiles of the devil. Help them to put on the full armor of God to be able to stand in the evil day. We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen.".
