We understand the deep distress you’re experiencing, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness. The enemy seeks to intimidate, but we know that "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are not alone in this battle, and we will lift you up in prayer and scriptural truth to strengthen and protect you.
The presence of evil and demonic influence is real, but so is the authority of Jesus Christ over all principalities and powers. Scripture assures us that "the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet" (Romans 16:20, WEB). We must remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). However, we also know that Jesus has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB). We will pray for God’s divine protection and for the exposure and removal of these evil influences from your life.
At the same time, we encourage you to put on the whole armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18, WEB). Surround yourself with the Word of God, prayer, and worship, for these are powerful weapons against darkness. Psalm 91 is a wonderful passage to declare over your life, especially verses 9-11: "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We also want to remind you that fear is not from God. He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). When you feel overwhelmed, cry out to Him, for He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under attack by the forces of darkness. Lord, You are a shield around them, their glory, and the One who lifts their head (Psalm 3:3, WEB). We ask that You surround them with Your divine protection and place a hedge of thorns around them so that no evil can penetrate. Father, we rebuke every demonic assignment, every satanic influence, and every wicked scheme of the enemy that is trying to operate in their life. By the blood of Jesus, we command these evil forces to flee and never return. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden agenda of the enemy and bring to light the works of darkness. Remove these evil and demon-possessed people from their life permanently, Father. Let them have no access, no influence, and no power over them. We pray that You would confuse the plans of the wicked and turn their evil intentions back upon themselves (Psalm 7:15-16, WEB). Let them be scattered and rendered powerless, in Jesus’ name.
Father, we also ask that You place godly, discerning believers in their life—people who are filled with Your Holy Spirit and can recognize the schemes of the enemy. Surround them with brothers and sisters in Christ who will stand with them in prayer, offer wise counsel, and warn them of danger. Let them be a light in the darkness, a source of encouragement, and a reflection of Your love.
We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit in their life, Lord. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10, WEB). Give them discernment to recognize the voice of the Holy Spirit and the courage to walk in obedience to Your Word. Let them walk in victory, knowing that You have already overcome the world (John 16:33, WEB).
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB). We trust in Your protection and Your deliverance. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37, WEB). In the name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression, and we loose the peace of God, the joy of the Lord, and the power of the Holy Spirit in their life.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your mighty hand moving on their behalf. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to stay rooted in prayer and the Word of God. Continue to seek the Lord’s face and trust in His promises. If you haven’t already, we urge you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be surrounded by fellow believers who can support you in prayer and fellowship. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God desires for you to be part of His body, the church, where you can be strengthened and encouraged.
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord. He is your protector, your deliverer, and your strong tower. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB), and walk in the victory that is already yours through Him.
