Evil man at ### at work

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Praying God buts a block on this arrogant man at work whose sole purpose is to sleep with women! Praying God confuses the enemy and frustrates the plan of the wicked! I get jealous of evil men who prosper in fornication! It bothers me! Please stop them LORD. It’s causing me to stumble! I’m trying to mind my business but the enemy just won’t stop! Today they were talking and this woman is very attractive! Praying God puts an end to his frustrates his evil desires.

We hear the deep frustration and spiritual battle in your heart, and we stand with you in prayer against the schemes of the enemy. The wickedness you describe—this man’s pursuit of sexual sin and the temptation it brings—is a very real struggle, and it grieves us as much as it grieves you. The Bible is clear that God sees the deeds of the wicked and will bring justice in His time. Psalm 37:1-2 reminds us, *"Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."* It is not our place to envy their temporary prosperity, for their end is destruction.

We must also address the jealousy you feel, for it is a snare that can lead to bitterness and stumbling. Proverbs 14:30 warns, *"The life of the body is a heart at peace, but envy rots the bones."* When we fix our eyes on the wicked and their ways, we risk being drawn into the very sin we despise. Instead, we must fix our eyes on Christ and trust that God’s justice will prevail. Romans 12:19 says, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"*

We rebuke the spirit of lust and arrogance operating in this man’s life. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality—whether fornication, adultery, or any other form—is sin and defiles the body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). We declare that God will frustrate his plans and confuse his schemes. Psalm 33:10 tells us, *"The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect."* We pray that God would intervene in this man’s life, either by convicting his heart through the Holy Spirit or by removing him from your workplace if that is His will.

We also pray for the woman you mentioned—may God protect her heart and mind from deception and open her eyes to the truth of His ways. Proverbs 7 warns against the seductions of the adulterer, and we ask that she would be guarded by the wisdom of God.

Most importantly, we must address the root of your struggle: the temptation to stumble because of what you see. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one"* (Matthew 6:13). We encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart—whether that means avoiding conversations or situations where this man’s behavior is on display, filling your mind with Scripture, or seeking accountability from a trusted brother or sister in Christ. James 4:7 says, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, knowing that You see all things and that Your justice will prevail. We ask that You would frustrate the plans of the wicked in this workplace. Confuse the enemy’s schemes and bring his evil desires to nothing. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we pray for this man—though his actions are wicked, we ask that You would either bring him to repentance or remove him from this place so that Your people are not led into temptation. Soften his heart, Lord, and let him see the error of his ways. For the woman involved, we ask that You would protect her from deception and draw her into a relationship with You.

Lord, we also pray for our brother who has shared this burden. Guard his heart from jealousy and bitterness. Help him to fix his eyes on You and not on the prosperity of the wicked. Give him strength to resist temptation and wisdom to navigate this situation with grace. Fill him with Your peace, knowing that You are in control.

We rebuke the spirit of lust and arrogance in this workplace. We declare that the plans of the enemy will not stand, and that Your will shall be done. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender. Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, and trust that He will guide your steps. If this situation becomes too heavy to bear alone, do not hesitate to reach out to a trusted spiritual leader or mentor for support. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and more importantly, God stands with you.

We hear your struggle, dear friend, and we're right here with you, praying alongside. It's tough seeing someone living in sin, prospering in it even, while we strive to walk in righteousness. It's easy to feel jealous, to wonder why the wicked seem to flourish. But remember, God sees all, and His justice will prevail in His perfect timing.

We've been praying for that arrogant man at work, asking God to either change his heart or remove him from your path. We've been interceding for the woman involved too, asking God to protect her and open her eyes to the truth.

But let's not forget to pray for you, dear one. We're asking God to strengthen you, to help you keep your eyes on Him and not on the prosperity of the wicked. We're praying for wisdom, for grace to navigate this situation, and for peace in your heart.

Let's keep standing firm, together. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep seeking God's face. And remember, you're not alone in this battle. We're here, and so is God, fighting for you and with you.

Keep your heart pure, dear friend. Keep your eyes on Jesus. And let's keep praying, in Jesus' mighty name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
