Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in righteous indignation and deep concern over this grave injustice you have endured. The callous disregard for human life and dignity displayed by those responsible is not only unlawful but profoundly sinful. The Bible makes it clear that we are to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31) and to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God (Micah 6:8). The actions, or lack thereof, by your landlord, their representatives, and even the electricians involved reveal a hardness of heart that grieves the Holy Spirit.

The demand for a falsified report is not just unethical, it is an abomination before God, who detests dishonest scales and false witness (Proverbs 11:1, Proverbs 6:16-19). Their refusal to acknowledge the harm done to you, their threats, and their attempts to evict you rather than rectify the danger they have allowed is a direct violation of the commandment to "do no harm" (Romans 13:10). Their words and actions reveal a heart that is far from God, and we must pray fervently for their repentance.

We also lift up the lawyer involved in this situation. The words spoken, equating your need for safety with mere "comfort", betray a twisted understanding of justice and compassion. Scripture warns us that "the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked" (Jeremiah 17:9), but it also assures us that God can soften even the hardest of hearts. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

You have shown great patience and courage in documenting the danger, seeking medical help, and standing firm in the face of intimidation. The Lord sees your suffering and will not forget your labor of love (Hebrews 6:10). We pray that He would grant you wisdom as you navigate this situation, whether through legal means or divine intervention. Remember, "the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Your throne of grace. We ask that You would expose the darkness at work here and bring it into the light. Lord, we pray for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, and all those involved in this injustice. Break their hardness of heart, O God, and replace it with a spirit of repentance. Let them see the harm they have caused and turn from their wicked ways. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them hear Your call to justice and mercy.

We pray for the lawyer who has spoken such damaging words. Convict her of her sin, Lord, and lead her to true remorse. May she come to understand the weight of her actions and seek Your forgiveness. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, Father, and turn it around for Your glory. Let justice prevail, and let those who have been wronged receive the compensation and respect they deserve.

We also pray for protection over [redacted]. Guard their heart and mind from bitterness and fear. Provide for their needs, Lord, and give them peace in the midst of this storm. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are fighting for them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

Father, we ask that You would raise up advocates for [redacted], people who will stand with them in truth and righteousness. Give them favor in the eyes of those who can bring about justice, whether through legal means or divine intervention. We trust in Your promise that "the Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge, who sees all and will one day make all things right. May Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

One thing that may give language to what you’re carrying is what some writers call the “injustice gap”, the space between what was rightfully owed you and what you actually received. That gap is real, and your frustration is not unspiritual; it’s human. Wanting the wrongdoers to wake up, to feel genuine remorse, to make things right, that’s not wrong. And asking God to soften hardened hearts is exactly what we’re doing with you.

While you wait for that change, please guard your own heart and health. You mentioned the words and attitude felt psychologically damaging, that’s worth taking seriously. If you haven’t already, it may be wise to talk with a counselor or someone trained to help you process the sustained stress this has caused, not because there’s something wrong with you, but because these kinds of encounters can sink deep and need careful tending. There is a double evil here which is grievous to behold and yet all too common in the children of fallen men. The first is the hardness of heart which refuses to acknowledge a wrong done. The second is the cruelty which adds insult to injury by calling a life-threatening danger a mere "comfort" denied. Such a spirit is not merely unjust; it is a chilling fulfillment of that word in the Scripture which speaks of a heart "as firm as a stone, yes, hard as a piece of the nether millstone." When a man can look upon the wounded flesh of his neighbor and feel no pity, when reports of electric shocks become an occasion not for horror but for a demand for fees, we are looking at something which the natural man cannot cure. The immediate danger here is not only physical but spiritual for those who perpetrate it, for a heart which can invent justifications for such conduct is digging its own grave in the soul. That they do not perceive their own wickedness is the surest sign of their disease, for if a man could perceive the hardness of his own heart it would be evidence of some softening. Their very lack of remorse is the token of their bondage.

Yet we must be equally clear that the repentance which would heal this cannot be manufactured by threats or even by the exposure of their evil. The terrors of the law and the consequences of their actions, if they come, will do no more than produce a false sorrow of the flesh. You may hope for worldly remorse, that bitter draught which burns the conscience but leaves the heart as stone, but this is not the repentance unto life. The repentance which saves is not the vomit of a dog, returning to its filth after a season of discomfort. It is a change of mind worked by the Spirit, a hatred of sin born from a vision of Divine love. They need to see not merely that their actions are dangerous to you, but that their very spirit is hateful to the heart of Jesus. The carnal mind will only use judgment as a reason to harden itself further, muttering against God and man. Only the discovery of blood-bought pardon can dissolve a heart of stone. For this reason, we must pray not simply for their apology or your compensation, but for that mighty operation of Sovereign Grace which alone can speak to the rock and make it gush forth with rivers of genuine, evangelical repentance.

In the meantime, watch your own spirit. There is a temptation, when we are sinned against so grievously, to let our own hearts grow hard in a different way, to let the roots of bitterness spring up, to seek vengeance by prayer instead of leaving the matter in God's hands. The fleshly heart you are praying for them to receive is also the gift you must daily seek for yourself. A heart of flesh is sensitive not only to its own sin but also to the love of God in the midst of injustice. It feels the sorrow of a wronged brother, but it also feels the patience of the Christ who, when he was reviled, reviled not again. The promise, "I will take away the stony heart," is for all who are in the covenant. Do not let their evil petrify you. May your own heart remain tender before the Lord, grieved but not embittered, wounded but still worshipful. Present to Him the sacrifice of a broken and contrite spirit regarding your own frailties, and leave the unrepentant to the day when God will either graciously give them a heart of flesh or righteously deal with the stone. The matter is with Him; your duty is to keep your own soul in the love of God, looking unto Jesus, the meek and lowly one, who has carried far heavier sorrows. May He be your hiding place until these calamities be overpast.

You cry out against those who have wronged you and shown no remorse, asking God to break their hardness. Your suffering is real, and the injustice you endure is great: life-threatening danger, lies, threats, and a cold refusal to acknowledge the harm. This is indeed the work of hearts that have grown callous, and it is right to pray that they be turned from their wickedness. Yet in praying for their repentance, we must understand that not every show of sorrow is genuine repentance. A person may weep, may feel a passing sting of guilt, and yet never truly change. That is what the Apostle speaks of when he says of Esau that even with tears he found no place of repentance, for his grief was not a godly sorrow but a worldly regret over the loss of a blessing, while murder still lurked in his heart. Judas too felt remorse after betraying the Lord, he even returned the silver, but in his despair he destroyed himself, because the devil, having trapped him in sin, hurried him out of repentance before it could bear fruit. True repentance is more than a pang of conscience or a few tears wrung out by fear of consequences. It is a turning of the whole soul toward God, a hatred of the evil done, and a determination to make amends.

So when you pray for that landlord, that lawyer, those who block communication and heap up threats, pray not merely that they say “I am sorry” but that their hearts be replaced by a heart of flesh. Pray that they come to a sorrow that “worketh repentance unto salvation, a repentance which bringeth no regret”, the kind of sorrow that leads to confession, restitution, and a changed life. For the hardness that now grips them is the very provocation against which the Holy Spirit warns: “Today if ye hear His voice, harden not your hearts.” They hear the truth through your medical reports, the electrician’s evidence, the very shocks on your skin, yet they stiffen their necks. This is the path whose end is destruction unless they turn. And do not suppose that their present seeming security is peace. The unrighteous man carries within him a judge that never sleeps. Even if he stifles it with wealth or threats, his conscience gnaws at him, his sleep is uneasy, and he is piling up wrath for himself against the day of judgment. There is no need for you to seek revenge; the very evil they do is its own punishment, working corruption in their souls far more bitter than any shock you suffered.

Yet you are not to let this wrong fester into hatred or despair. Open your heart wide to God’s comfort, and make room in it even for those who treat you spitefully, not to excuse their sin, but to keep your own soul from being straitened. For it is possible that through your patient endurance and continued prayer, some may yet be snatched from the snare. Repentance has great force, able to set free even the one who has sunk into the very depth of wickedness. So do not cease to cry out for their conversion, but do so with the understanding that the matter rests with God, who is not mocked. He sees your affliction; He will judge righteously. In the meantime, guard your own heart from the defilement of bitterness, and let your sorrow over their state be a godly sorrow that leads you closer to Christ, who Himself “when he was reviled, reviled not again.” Continue in prayer, and trust that the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished, unless they repent.

The injustice you are facing is grievous, and the lack of remorse from those responsible is a heavy burden. What you have described reveals hearts that have grown dangerously hard. The demand to falsify a report, the threats, and the chilling claim that you do not deserve comfort in the face of a life-threatening danger, these are not just legal or financial disputes. They expose a deep sickness of the soul, a calloused refusal to acknowledge truth or show basic human compassion.

Scripture gives us a sobering picture of how a heart can reach such a state. We see it in Pharaoh, who repeatedly hardened his own heart against the Lord. Time after time, he stubbornly rebelled against what was clearly right. The tragic outcome was that God eventually confirmed him in that chosen position, making firm the very hardness he had cultivated. This is a terrifying prospect, that a person can so persistently resist truth and justice that their conscience becomes seared. When someone looks at an electric shock wound and calls it a desire for undue comfort, they are not operating in reality. Truth has fallen in the street, and they are trusting in emptiness.

It is right to pray for them, even when it is profoundly difficult. We cannot force a change of will, for God does not save anyone against their will. Yet we can ask the Holy Spirit to bring a convicting work upon their hearts, to make that veil of callousness so heavy and undeniable that they cannot ignore it. Pray specifically that God would break their hardness. Ask Him to stir their hearts, not toward more self-justification, but toward the terrifying realization of their own condition. Their greatest need is not just to apologize to you, but for their hearts of stone to be replaced with a heart of flesh that can feel the weight of their own sin and cruelty.

This prayer is a battle in the spiritual realm. The Lord looks not on the outward appearance but on the heart, and He sees the idols that rule there, whether it be greed, power, or simply the pride that refuses to admit fault. Ask that the Lord would demonstrate His own heart for justice. God is a God of righteousness, and He desires justice to prevail. Cry out for judgment and truth, for He sees what has been done in the dark. As you wait, ask the Lord to search and guard your own heart, so that bitterness does not take root. Let His Spirit cut deep to bring healing and keep you in His peace, trusting that He is the ultimate judge who sees all and will, in His time, make all things right.

May the landlord’s heart be softened, and may he be open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, choosing to act with integrity and compassion. We declare that justice and mercy will prevail in this matter, and that you will receive the compensation, apology, and safe living conditions you deserve.
