Evil, lack of remorse, hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after two months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in deep concern and righteous indignation over the grave injustice and callous disregard for human life you have endured. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and unscrupulous behavior displayed by those responsible is not only morally reprehensible but a direct violation of God’s commandments to love our neighbors and act with justice. "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8). The fact that they would ask electricians to falsify reports while you suffered electric shocks, leaving your skin wounded, reveals a spirit of wickedness that must be confronted in the name of Jesus.

We rebuke the spirit of deception, greed, and hardness of heart operating in this situation. Scripture declares, "Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive decrees; to deprive the needy of justice, and to rob the poor among my people of their rights" (Isaiah 10:1-2). The threats, eviction attempts, and refusal to take responsibility are not only legally wrong but spiritually damning. We declare in Jesus’ name that their schemes will not prosper, and their attempts to silence you will fail. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17).

We pray fervently for these individuals, landlord, contact person, owner, and legal representatives, that their hearts would be broken by the Holy Spirit. May the conviction of God fall upon them like a heavy weight, leading them to repentance. "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that their eyes be opened to the severity of their actions and that they be gripped with godly sorrow, not the sorrow of the world. "For godly sorrow produces repentance to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death" (2 Corinthians 7:10).

Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Soften the hearts of these individuals, especially the lawyer who equated your safety with mere "comfort." May they see the error of their ways and be compelled to act justly. We declare that they will not find peace until they make restitution. "If the wicked restores the pledge, gives back what he had taken by robbery, and walks in the statutes of life, committing no iniquity, he will surely live. He will not die" (Ezekiel 33:15). We pray for financial restitution, a public apology, and for their consciences to be awakened to the truth of their actions.

We also lift you up, dear one, and ask for Your healing, both physically and emotionally. The trauma you have endured is real, and we ask that You restore what has been stolen. "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen you with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and grant you wisdom as you navigate this situation. May You provide safe housing and justice in accordance with Your will.

Finally, we declare that this situation will be turned around for Your glory. The same God who turned the heart of Pharaoh can turn the hearts of these individuals. "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). We trust that You will bring about a resolution that honors You and restores what has been lost. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

What you have endured is genuinely appalling, and we are so sorry for the physical fear and emotional exhaustion this has caused you. Being dismissed and threatened when you simply asked for basic safety is a deep injustice, and we grieve with you over the hard-heartedness you keep encountering.

As you carry the weight of their refusal to apologize or make things right, remember that placing the unmet desire for justice into God's hands isn't a sign of passivity, it's a way of entrusting these people to the only One who can truly shift a heart from stone to flesh. We can't force that change, but we can refuse to let their callousness consume our own spirit. For your own health, continue to document every interaction and lean on the professional advice you've gathered; a safe living environment is not too much to ask, and you deserve that stability.

Father, we bring this painful situation to You in the name of Jesus. We ask for the writer's continued safety and for steady wisdom in navigating the legal threats. Where there is callousness and avoidance, we pray You would break through, not for the sake of a transaction, but for the sake of hearts becoming human again. Shield this one from further psychological harm, and provide the right advocate and resolution. Calm the anxiety that comes with being treated unjustly, and let Your presence be the steady comfort that hard people cannot give. Amen.

The wickedness you describe is a stench in the nostrils of the Most High, but forget not, O tried soul, that the Man of Sorrows was acquainted with such treachery, and He committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. These persons have indeed shown a forehead harder than flint; their refusal to own their wrong, their forging of false reports, their cruel demand that you forfeit even safety, all arises from a heart untouched by the grace of God. A repentance born merely of fear or of the smart of consequences is but a carnal qualm, a repentance that must itself be repented of. The sorrow that saves comes only from a sight of the Crucified One. It is the cross of Christ that is God’s hammer of love, breaking the stony heart with irresistible blows. Therefore, let your chief prayer be, not merely that they apologize or pay you coin, but that they might look upon Him whom their sins have pierced and mourn for their sin as an offence against holiness. The Spirit alone can produce that evangelical repentance which gives glory to God and yields fruits meet for repentance, a changed life, restitution, and a tender word of remorse.

For your own part, let not the gall of this injustice make you forget that the goodness of God is leading you, even through these sharp trials, to a deeper repentance of your own. Sweet Sister Repentance, as that quaint saint called her, is the charming companion of all the way to heaven; she lives as long as faith lives. Let your own heart be broken afresh before the Lord, not in hopeless despair, but in that blessed brokenness which sings as it weeps. The Judge of all the earth will vindicate His elect. He will hear the cry of the humble. Commend your cause to Him in the silence of the night, and pray on, for the arm that cleft the Red Sea is not shortened. I join my supplications with yours: O Lord, take the heart of stone out of their flesh, give them a heart of flesh, grant them repentance unto life, that where sin abounded, grace may much more abound, to the praise of Thy glorious justice and Thy sovereign mercy.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You see how deeply the poison of avarice and pride has worked into these souls, that they choke on the very breath of human kindness, refusing even the common decency of an apology. That a lawyer should call life‑threatening danger a mere “comfort” and answer wounds with threats of eviction, this is indeed proof of a mind wounded by sin, a heart turned to stone. Do not be surprised. The devil will not show a man the cliff while he is yet walking toward it; only after the fall does the sharp pain come, and even then, often too late for true healing. For not every sorrow is repentance, not every tear a sign of change. Esau wept bitterly and found no place for it, because his grief was of the world, not of God. So it is with those who, when exposed, grow harder instead of softer; they are treasuring up for themselves wrath against the day of righteous judgment. The Judge is strong and patient, and His patience is meant to lead them to repentance. If they will not, the fault and the punishment are their own.

You, then, must be careful not to let their hardness become a snare to your own soul. That you have suffered wrong is plain, and God is not indifferent. He does not overlook those who are injured; He repays. But He often delays visible vengeance, not from weakness, but from longsuffering, that they might yet wake from their stupor. If He struck down every hard‑hearted man at once, not one of us would live to see the evening, for we all stumble daily. So let this be your first thought: their day of answer is in His hand, and your part now is to endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. For a soldier does not complain when the battle is hard; that is the very mark of his calling. You have, indeed, received wounds, but these are nothing compared to the eternal weight of glory. Do not let the injustice eat at you like a canker. Their scorn and lies are a thin smoke; truth stands forever.

Pray for them, not that they merely suffer some worldly inconvenience, but that they be granted a godly sorrow which works repentance unto salvation, a grief that brings no regret. For what have their present words produced? Only more evasion, more cruelty, proof that the sickness is deep. True repentance begins with self‑accusation: “I have sinned; my transgression I have not hid.” Until that voice comes from their own lips, their tears and excuses are mere wind. So pray that their stony heart be taken away and a heart of flesh given in its place. But even while you pray, examine yourself. Has this trial bred any root of bitterness in you? Have you begun to demand payment of the debt with impatient hands? God’s medicine is often bitter, but it is for our healing. He may be using these very serpents to teach you a more perfect trust.

In the meantime, do not cast away your confidence. Let them rage and threaten legal action; their authority is only over the body and the purse. The One who holds all things in His hand has seen the electric shock, the wounded skin, the hotel showers, the clean apartment ready for the keys. Nothing is hidden. Just as He said to the cripple, “Behold, thou art made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee,” so He speaks to you in this deliverance: Walk in patience, and do not repay evil for evil. Their ungodly demand that you live without basic repair is a plain attempt to rob you; but their power ends at the grave. The Judge is at the door. Commit yourself to Him who judges righteously, and let your own conduct be such that you may say with the Apostle, “Our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience.”

The horror you describe is not hidden from God. When those in authority demand a falsified report to cover a life-threatening danger, when a lawyer twists words to call survival a luxury, you are looking at something the Scriptures call a hard heart. Jesus Himself looked on religious men with anger, grieved by the hardness of their hearts that blocked the healing work of God. That same hardness is on display when a person can read medical reports and see wounded skin, yet respond with threats, blocked communication, and demands for fees.

Do not mistake worldly management for remorse. There is a kind of sorrow that looks like repentance but changes nothing. A man might cry bitter tears because he lost a blessing or faces consequences, but his heart remains fixed on its own idols. The wreckage left behind proves his tears were not for the evil done, but for the cost to himself. True repentance is unmistakable: it turns, it makes restitution where possible, it produces the fruit of a changed life. The lack you are seeing is not a lack of emotion but a lack of that godly change. The landlord’s team is not seeking forgiveness; they are seeking their own way.

What you are asking for is exactly what only God can do. You are praying for God to take out the heart of stone and put in a heart of flesh. That is not a small adjustment; it is a resurrection from spiritual death. Keep praying for that miracle. The same God who saw the children of Israel’s hard neck and sent prophets to call them back sees this lawyer who brands safe shelter as undeserved comfort. He sees the landlord who chooses threats over repairs. He is able to pierce through that callousness in a moment, and His Spirit can stir what no human demand ever could.

Guard your own heart in this season of waiting for justice. It is easy for the cries for vindication to quietly shift from seeking God’s will to nursing a bitterness that masters you. The old longing for them to feel the weight of their wrong can become an idol sitting in the heart, corrupting your own prayers even while you sit before the Lord. The psalmist lifts his eyes past the hills, past the city, to the Maker of heaven and earth. Your help does not depend on their apology, though it is right to long for it. Your help comes from the God who created all things, and nothing is too hard for Him, including breaking the will of people who seem utterly unbreakable.

So continue to bring this before the Lord with a clean and open heart. Ask Him to work the lasting change in them that only the Holy Spirit can produce: a sorrow that leads to salvation without regret. Ask Him to replace avoidance and manipulation with the willingness He alone can stir. The work of God is always accomplished through willing hearts, and when He moves, no human threat can stand against it.

We are deeply moved by the heavy burden you are carrying and are continuing to stand with you in fervent prayer. It is heartbreaking to hear of the hard-heartedness, lack of remorse, and unscrupulous behavior you have encountered in this life-threatening situation. We have been lifting up each person involved—the ###, the ###, the ###, and the entire team—asking the Lord to soften their hearts and open their eyes to the gravity of their actions. Father, we pray that You would break through the hardness and bring conviction where there is none, that they may see the harm they have caused and be moved to genuine repentance.

We are also praying for your protection, both physically and emotionally, as you navigate this dangerous and unjust situation. Lord, we ask that You surround this brother/sister with Your peace, provision, and justice. May the electrical hazards be addressed immediately, and may those responsible be held accountable for their negligence. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake Your children.

We continue to intercede for the ### representing the ###, asking that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in her heart and mind. May she recognize the weight of her words and actions, and may she be led to act with integrity, compassion, and fairness. Father, we pray that You would turn this situation around for Your glory, that those who have shown no remorse would be overcome by Your love and compelled to make things right.

If You, Lord, have already moved in this situation and brought about a breakthrough, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. If the battle is still ongoing, we want you to know that we are not stepping away—we will continue to lift this up in prayer until justice, restoration, and peace are fully realized. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you trust in Him, and may His presence be your strength in this difficult time. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
