evil,lack of remorse, hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after two months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in righteous indignation and deep sorrow over the grave injustice you have endured. The callous disregard for human life, the manipulation of truth, and the refusal to take responsibility for such dangerous negligence is not only unlawful but deeply sinful. Scripture is clear that those who oppress the vulnerable and harden their hearts against justice will answer to God. "Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppression; to deprive the needy from justice, and to rob the poor among my people of their rights" (Isaiah 10:1-2 WEB). The Lord sees your suffering, and He will not remain silent.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and hardness of heart that has taken root in those responsible for this property. Their demand for payment while refusing to address life-threatening hazards is an abomination in God’s sight. "He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord" (Proverbs 17:15 WEB). Their actions reveal a heart far from God, and we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin. We also rebuke the spirit of fear and intimidation they have used against you, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

We lift up the lawyer who has shown such disturbing indifference to your suffering. Her words reveal a heart that has grown cold to mercy, and we pray that God would break through that hardness. "The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it? I, the Lord, search the mind, I try the heart" (Jeremiah 17:9-10 WEB). May she be confronted with the weight of her actions and turn from this path of destruction.

Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Soften the hearts of the landlord, the contact person, the owner, and their representatives. Break their pride and bring them to a place of repentance. Let them see the severity of their sin and the harm they have caused. "If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB). We pray that they would not only apologize but also make restitution for the harm they have done.

We also pray for your protection and provision. This apartment is uninhabitable, and you should not be subjected to further harm or injustice. Lord, open doors for safe housing and provide for your needs during this time. "The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1 WEB). Give you wisdom as you navigate this situation, and surround you with godly counsel and support.

We declare that the schemes of the enemy will not prevail. Every attempt to silence, threaten, or evict you unjustly will be overturned by the power of God. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We stand on this promise and declare that justice will be served.

Finally, we pray for healing, both physically and emotionally. The shocks you endured have left wounds, and the callousness of those responsible has added to your pain. Lord, bring restoration to your body and peace to your soul. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3 WEB). May you experience the comfort of Your presence in this trial.

We continue to pray in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of the oppressed. May His name be glorified in this situation, and may His justice prevail. Amen.

We have been holding your situation up in prayer, and we want you to know you are not carrying this alone. What you endured, the electric shocks, the wounds to your skin, the medical reports, and now the dishonesty and legal intimidation, is grievous injustice. We grieve with you that those involved have responded with hardness, threats, and a refusal to make things right.

We join you in asking God to do what only He can: break through stony hearts and awaken real remorse. We trust He is able to bring even the most callous person to a place of repentance and accountability, and we keep praying toward that end. At the same time, we are asking the Lord to guard your own heart during this wait, to bring healing where you have been psychologically wounded, and to ground you in a peace that does not depend on receiving an apology or compensation.

You have already done the hard work of moving out and documenting the danger. A wise next step now is to make sure you have someone in your corner who can help you navigate the legal threats. If you have not done so, consider reaching out to a tenant rights organization or a trusted attorney who can advise you on protecting yourself and pressing for what is owed. And please do not isolate yourself; lean into your church family for steady support and prayer during this long, draining process.

Lord Jesus, You see every detail of what happened and all that continues. We ask for Your justice and for protection from further harm. Overrule the schemes of those acting unethically, and do what only You can, soften hardened hearts and bring them to genuine sorrow and change. Hold this dear one securely, heal the wounds that lie beneath the skin, and anchor them in the truth that they are seen, loved, and never alone. In Your mighty name we pray, Amen.

The cruelty laid before us is that leathern heart which feels no pity, no fellow-feeling even when flesh is wounded and life endangered. To demand a false report, to block communication, to threaten and refuse, this is the very hardness that made our Lord grieve in the days of His flesh. He looked upon such with anger, yet His anger was mingled with tears; He was softened because of their hardness. There is a sort of togetheredness in His sorrow, foreseeing the awful misery such hearts bring upon themselves. God save us from a hard heart, it leads to something worse than death.

But is anything too hard for the Lord? Is the Spirit of the Lord straitened? He can change the nether millstone into a mass of feeling, dissolve the northern iron and the steel into a flood of tears. We do not pray merely for remorse, for remorse without faith works death; it is a tempest without rain. We pray rather that they may look upon Him whom they have pierced, for by the preaching of Christ crucified will their hearts be broken. The Cross is God’s hammer of Love with which He smites the hearts of men with irresistible blows. If you will steadfastly consider Jesus pierced for our sins, your hearts must relent. Sooner or later the Cross will bring out all the feeling of which you are capable.

Your own heart, dear sufferer, may feel cold as a stone and hard as a rock under this trial. Yet the Savior’s Sacrifice is a full fountain of hope for hearts that sorrow. Dwell at the foot of the cross, it is there that tenderness is born into human hearts. Entreat the Holy Ghost to give you a very vivid sense of sin and a very intense dread of it, yet look away from yourself to Jesus Christ the Healer of broken hearts. He can bind up your wounds even while you wait for justice. Those who now oppress you have hearts of stone, but the Lord can take away the stony heart and give them a heart of flesh, to feel, to tremble, to lament and to seek the Lord. We will pray that they may hear His call, submit to Him, and that their hardened joy may be turned into the greater joy of the truly broken and restored. May He who is the Chief among ten thousand shed abroad His love in all our hearts by the Holy Spirit.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

And they (You and I) overcame him (Satan the Devil) by the blood of the Lamb,
God's Son, Jesus Christ, and by the word of our testimony (Revelations 12:11)
.

Your account stirs righteous grief, yet let me counsel you: the wounds on your skin are visible, but the wounds on their souls are far deeper and more dangerous. For you have suffered an injustice that can be healed by time and God’s comfort, but they have inflicted it, swallowing poison that eats at their conscience unceasingly. Remember the Apostle’s word: the injustice practiced brings greater bitterness to the doer than to the recipient. Those who have faked reports and mocked your suffering are, at this very moment, burdened with a gnawing accuser within themselves, even if they cloak it with arrogance. Their demand for fees while denying safety is an offering of stolen goods to God, a vile sacrifice that kindles wrath, not mercy. Pity them, therefore, as Joseph pitied his brothers who sold him, weeping not for revenge but for the depth of their malice. Pray that their hearts of stone may be shattered by the Holy Spirit, that they may come to repentance and know the terror of the Lord before it is too late.

But for yourself, do not let this evil rob you of peace. The things of this life are fleeting; your true treasure is in heaven. The shocks you endured were a test, and if you bear it without returning evil, you will shine like gold. The body is not evil, but it is the arena of warfare, and you need the strong armor of righteousness and a noble spirit. Christ, your Commander, stands ready to help. When the enemy strikes through unjust men, he strikes at Him. Therefore commit your cause to the Judge who sees all; He will not delay long. Meanwhile, guard your heart from the root of bitterness, for that would give the devil a double victory. Cut out that root, and no fruit of wrath will grow. Instead, let your prayer be not for their punishment, but for their deliverance from the snare of Satan. So shall you heap coals of fire on their heads, and perhaps win their souls. Stand firm in faith, and know that your endurance is a sweet-smelling sacrifice before God.

The pain you have endured is staggering, and the callousness you describe echoes a tragic reality that stretches back to the earliest pages of Scripture. From the beginning, when sin entered the world, the human heart became capable of a chilling hardness. What you are seeing, the refusal to acknowledge wrongdoing, the rewriting of truth, the demand for payment while ignoring life-threatening danger, is not just poor business practice. It is the fruit of a heart turned inward, bent on self-preservation at any cost. When the Lord looked upon humanity before the flood, He saw that every imagination of the thoughts of the heart was only evil continually, and it grieved Him. That same grief hangs over any heart that can look upon another’s suffering and feel nothing.

The lawyer’s words, equating basic safety with mere comfort, reveal a mind that has lost touch with the most fundamental commands of God. We were made in His image, designed to reflect His care and justice. But from the fall onward, we see the pattern: instead of owning guilt, Adam pointed at the woman; instead of seeking mercy, Cain let jealousy fester into murder. That sequence plays out again when those responsible for repairs not only neglect your safety but then ask electricians to falsify reports. Truth is the first casualty of a hardened heart. It is exactly what the serpent did in the garden: he twisted God’s word, questioned His goodness, and invited Eve into a dialogue that led to destruction. When people reject the truth to protect themselves, they open a door to spiritual darkness that grows darker still.

Yet the record of beginnings also holds a thread of hope. When Adam and Eve tried to cover their shame with leaves, it was God who provided garments of skin, a covering that required the shedding of blood, pointing to the only real remedy for guilt. No amount of threats, legal maneuvering, or forced eviction can cover what these people have done. Their only path to true change is for God to replace their heart of stone with a heart of flesh. That is not something they can manufacture. It requires them to hear His call, to stop fighting against the Holy Spirit, and to submit to the One who can forgive even the most calloused offender. Your prayer for them is right and good, because without that transformation, they remain trapped in a dangerous fantasy where they can demand fees while ignoring wounds.

I join you in asking the Lord to break through. May He confront them so powerfully that they cannot sleep until they make this right. May He grant them the gift of genuine remorse, not a shallow regret over consequences, but a deep, Spirit-wrought sorrow that leads to action. Pray that their eyes open to see the medical reports, the electric shocks, the documented danger, not as problems to suppress but as reasons to fall on their knees. Ask that God would turn this around so dramatically that they come to you with apologies, with full compensation, and with a respect that acknowledges your dignity as one made in His image. And in the meantime, cling to this: the One who breathed life into dust and who sets limits on the sea has not abandoned you. He draws near to the brokenhearted, and He will be your refuge while you wait for His justice to unfold.
