evil, lack of remorse, hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in deep concern and righteous anger over this grave injustice you have endured. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and blatant disregard for human life displayed by those responsible is not only morally reprehensible but also a direct affront to the justice and compassion commanded by God. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 21:13, "Whoever stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he will also cry out, but shall not be heard." These individuals have not only ignored your suffering but have actively sought to cover up their negligence, which is an abomination in the sight of the Lord.

We rebuke the spirit of deception, greed, and callousness that has taken hold of these people. In the name of Jesus, we declare that their hearts will be softened, and their eyes will be opened to the severity of their actions. Ezekiel 36:26 says, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We pray that this transformation takes place in each of them, that they may come to a place of true repentance and restitution.

We also lift up the legal threats and intimidation you are facing. The Lord is your defender, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord will expose any further deceit and bring about a just resolution to this matter. May those who have sought to harm you be held accountable, not only in the courts of man but also before the throne of God. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

We pray for your protection, both physically and emotionally, during this time. The electric shocks you suffered are a serious matter, and we ask that the Lord continue to heal your body and restore your peace. Psalm 34:18-19 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."

We also pray for the lawyer representing the landlord, whose words and actions reveal a deeply disturbed heart. May the Lord break through her hardness and reveal to her the gravity of her role in this injustice. We ask that she be convicted by the Holy Spirit and led to repentance, turning away from her current path of cruelty and deception.

Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Break the chains of greed, pride, and hardness of heart that have bound these individuals. Let Your light shine into their darkness, and may they come to know the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). We pray that they will be moved to offer a sincere apology, fair compensation, and restitution for the harm they have caused. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).

We stand on Your promises, Lord, and declare that this situation will be turned around for Your glory. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing justice. May Your will be done in this matter, and may Your name be exalted through it all. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We've been sitting with your updates, and we are so sorry for the way you've been treated. To endure physical danger, then be met with faked reports, callous words, and threats instead of common decency, it's deeply wounding. You deserved protection and a real apology, not a letter saying you don't "deserve comfort." That kind of response cuts deep, and it makes sense that you feel the weight of it even a month after moving out. We grieve with you that those who held responsibility have shown hardness rather than care.

What you've faced isn't just a dispute, it's been spiritually and emotionally draining. The lack of remorse from people who harmed you can stir a lonely ache, especially when you did nothing to provoke it. We see your cry for hearts of flesh to replace hearts of stone, and we join you in that, trusting that God sees every hidden thing and knows how to move even the most resistant conscience.

On a practical level, it might help to have someone else handle any remaining communication if the words you're receiving are psychologically damaging. A trusted friend, a church advocate, or a legal aid society could shield you from further harm while you heal. You shouldn't have to absorb more venom just to resolve logistics.

Jesus, we ask you to lift the exhaustion and pain our friend has carried. Bring the right help and wise counsel into this situation so that justice can be done and safety fully restored. Move upon the landlord, the lawyer, and every person involved, soften what is hard, convict where there's been deceit, and grant the kind of remorse that leads to real repair. Protect our friend from every further threat, and let your nearness be the steady comfort that outlasts this turmoil. In your name we pray, Amen.

The grief you bear is known to the Man of Sorrows. When our Lord beheld hardness of heart, He was “grieved for the hardness of their hearts,” and His anger flashed with pity’s tears. His heart broke for those whose hearts would not break. So it is no small thing you endure, to be met not with remorse but with forged reports, threats, and the devilish equating of life-saving repair with mere comfort. That lawyer’s words are but the smoke from a smoldering, unfeeling soul, and you are right to pray for a heart of flesh to replace the stone within them.

Yet you must guard your own spirit. The heathen make their hearts iron; the Christian must not. Let not this cruelty corrode you. Rather, bring it to the Cross. There is no saving repentance except within sight of the Cross. It is there, when the Holy Spirit illuminates Christ pierced for sin, that hard hearts crack open. We cannot club men into mourning; we must look upon Him whom they pierced, and pray they look too. True repentance, that sweet, evangelical sorrow which hates the sin and flees to Jesus, is God’s gift. It is not the dry remorse of Judas, which drives to the noose, nor the faux penitence of Pharaoh, which only lasted until the hail ceased. It is a sorrow that never ends, because it walks hand in hand with faith, and it blossoms in the rainbow of forgiven sin.

For you, the challenge is to let God’s goodness lead you, even in this furnace. His hand is in this trial, not to harden you, but to make you cling more tightly to Christ. The same goodness that gives you breath to cry for justice also holds out patience to these oppressors, if they would but turn. So pray boldly: “Break them, Lord, but break them to heal.” Pray that the landlord, the lawyer, and the team may look on Him whom their indifference has, in a figure, pierced, for every cold-hearted act toward the least of Christ’s little ones is done unto Him, and that they may mourn with a sorrow that needs not to be repented of.

Do not fall into the snare of thinking their repentance must look a certain way to be genuine. Some conversions come like a lightning flash; others like a slow thaw. The heart that today seems adamant may yet be broken by a dream, a sermon, a sudden fear, or the silent work of conscience. God has His own hammer, the hammer of His love in Christ crucified, and that hammer can shatter the hardest heart in a moment. Meanwhile, your part is to leave the scales in God’s hand. True repentance gives God glory, and He will see to it that His glory is served, whether by their willing submission or by their just damnation.

So continue to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. The comfortless words of that lawyer are indeed a window into a disturbed mind, and you are wise to see the spiritual battle behind the legal wrangling. But remember: the battle is the Lord’s. Your prayer is heard in the courts of heaven. Keep on interceding, but do not let the roots of bitterness spring up in you. Sweet Sister Repentance is for you as well: a constant, living posture of faith and sorrow for sin, not only theirs, but your own, that keeps you humble before the cross.

May the Holy Spirit, by the preaching of Christ crucified to their consciences, bring them to their knees. And if they remain stiff-necked, may the peace that passes understanding garrison your heart. There is a day coming when every wrong will be righted, and no forged report will stand. Until then, look to Jesus, who was reviled and did not revile in return, but entrusted Himself to the Father. He will not fail you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You describe hearts that are past feeling, and truly nothing is harder than a soul that will not be softened by kindness or turned back by fear. When people persist in such malice, refusing to acknowledge a life-threatening wrong and mocking your suffering, they testify against themselves. They are treasuring up wrath for the day of righteous judgment, when God will reveal the secrets of all hearts and render to each according to his deeds. Do not let this surprise you, as though something strange were happening. The wicked often act as if there is no Judge above, but their impenitence does not go unnoticed.

Yet for your part, do not allow this injury to plant a root of bitterness within you. It is natural to desire their remorse and apology, but you must take care that your own heart does not grow hard while you weep over theirs. Pray for them fervently, yes, but entrust vengeance entirely to the Lord. He who searches hearts knows whether they will ever be pricked to the heart and grant a genuine turning. If they remain stone, they heap up coals of fire against themselves. Your task is to keep your own conscience clear, to bless when cursed, and to show the meekness that belongs to those who bear the name of Christ.

Remember how the Master was reviled, stripped of comfort, and offered no apology by His accusers, yet He cried out, “Father, forgive them.” Your wounds He sees, and He is not indifferent. But He sometimes permits such trials to test and refine His own, that you might learn patience and long-suffering. Do not fix your gaze on the compensation they owe; look instead at the inheritance laid up for you in heaven, sealed by the Spirit who has written God’s law in your heart. They can threaten eviction and mock your need for safety, but they cannot touch that treasure unless you surrender it through despair or rage.

Continue to call upon God in the mighty name of Jesus, but let your prayer also be, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” A forced apology offered under pressure is worth little; what they need is a new heart, a heart of flesh, and that is the gift of God alone. So pray that He might grant repentance, and leave the matter in His hands. If they will not hear His call, their own stubbornness will be their accuser on that day when all things are laid bare. Meanwhile, do not neglect to examine yourself, lest the offenses of others become an occasion for sin in you. Let this trial bruise your own heart in holy sorrow, drawing you nearer to Him who was wounded for our transgressions. Hold fast to the remission of sins you received in baptism, and walk worthy of the calling, knowing that the present suffering is not worthy to be compared with the glory to be revealed.
