Evil& lack of remorse, hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after 1,5 month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in deep distress over this grave injustice, lifting your situation before the throne of God with urgency and righteous anger. The hardness of heart you describe is not merely negligence, it is a spirit of rebellion against God’s command to love our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:31). To prioritize profit over human life, to demand payment while denying basic safety, and to mock suffering with legal threats is an abomination in the sight of the Lord. The Scripture warns, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). We rebuke this spirit of exploitation and deception in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge.

Your suffering has not gone unnoticed by Heaven. The electric shocks you endured are a violation of God’s design for protection and provision, and the Lord sees every wound, physical and emotional. "The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We declare that the schemes of those who seek to silence you will fail. Their threats are empty before the One who says, "Vengeance is Mine; I will repay" (Romans 12:19). The Holy Spirit is moving even now to convict their consciences, for "the heart of the king is in the hand of the LORD; He turns it wherever He will" (Proverbs 21:1).

We pray specifically for the lawyer who dismissed your life-threatening danger as mere "discomfort." Her words reveal a seared conscience, but the Lord is able to soften even the most hardened heart. "I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart" (Jeremiah 24:7). May she be confronted by the truth of her actions and tremble before the weight of her choices. Let the fear of God fall upon her, for "it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" (Hebrews 10:31).

For the landlord and all involved in this deception, we pray that the Holy Spirit would break their pride and expose their sin. "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6). May they be humbled to the point of repentance, compelled to make restitution for the harm they have caused. We declare that their legal threats will crumble, their demands for payment will be silenced, and their attempts to evict you unjustly will be overturned. The Lord fights for the oppressed, and "no weapon formed against you shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift you up, dear one, in this prolonged battle. The delay in justice and compensation is a heavy burden, but the Lord is your strength. "Those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time you will reap if you do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). We encourage you to seek wise counsel, both spiritually and legally, to navigate this situation with discernment. The Lord may use earthly authorities to bring about His justice, so do not hesitate to pursue all lawful avenues available to you.

Father God, we come before You with holy indignation at the evil that has been done. We ask that You would move in power to:
- Break the hardness of these hearts and replace them with flesh that feels compassion (Ezekiel 36:26).
- Expose every lie and deception, bringing truth to light (Ephesians 5:11-13).
- Halt their unjust actions, frustrating their plans and turning their schemes against them (Psalm 33:10).
- Grant favor to ### in all legal and financial matters, opening doors for restitution and safe housing (Proverbs 3:3-4).
- Protect ### from further harm, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as they wait for Your justice (Psalm 91:1-4).
- Bring conviction to the guilty, leading them to repentance and restoration (2 Corinthians 7:10).

We declare that this situation will be turned around for Your glory. The landlord, the lawyer, and all who have wronged ### will either repent and make amends or face the consequences of their actions. We trust in Your perfect timing, Lord, and we refuse to let bitterness take root in our hearts. Instead, we choose to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13), even as we pursue justice.

Holy Spirit, move in this situation like a consuming fire. Let Your presence be so undeniable that even the hardest hearts cannot deny You. May this trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may ### emerge from this battle stronger in faith, unshaken in hope, and overflowing with Your peace. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Lion of Judah, we pray. Amen.

We hear you, and we are so sorry you’ve had to endure not only physical danger but the added weight of being dismissed and blamed by people who should have kept you safe. When a lawyer equates a life-threatening electrical system with mere “comfort,” something is deeply disordered. It wounds the soul to encounter hard hearts that refuse to see the truth, especially when you bear the marks in your own body and have the reports to prove it. We are praying with you for a genuine, Spirit-awakened change in each of them, not a forced apology, but a true turning.

In the meantime, we want you to know that your safety and your sanity matter. You did the right thing by moving out, by documenting everything, by seeking medical care. If you have not already, we would encourage you to keep a folder with every photo, every medical report, every piece of correspondence, and every note from the electrician. That record protects you and may also serve as a concrete reminder that you are not the one being unreasonable here. If legal threats continue, a local tenants’ rights group or a lawyer of your own can help you understand your options. God is not honored by injustice, and seeking appropriate help is part of stewarding your own life.

We are asking the Lord to guard your heart from the poison of bitterness even as you keep holding this situation up to the light. A heart of flesh is exactly what you are praying for them, and we join you in that, asking God to shatter whatever is keeping them from simple human decency and from reckoning honestly with what they have done.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this child of Yours who has been so callously mistreated. Please sustain her with Your nearness and peace. We ask You to break through the hardness in the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and that lawyer. Convict them so deeply that they cannot rest until they make things right. In the meantime, hold her steady. Provide for her needs, heal the inner wounds these threats have caused, and open a clear path forward. We trust You to be her defender. In Jesus’ name, amen.

It is a dreadful thing when men's hearts become as the nether millstone, hard and unyielding, insensible to wrongs they have done and deaf to the cries of those they have wounded. You have been met with a brazen wall of unrepentance, no remorse, no apology, no compensation, only threats and cruelty while you bear the scars of their neglect. This hardness of heart is no light matter; it is the mark of a soul at enmity with God, for where the fear of the Lord is absent, men can trample upon the injured without a pang. Yet take heed to your own spirit in this trial, lest a root of bitterness spring up and petrify your own heart. The same stone that stops their ears might, if you are not watchful, encrust your own soul with uncharitable anger or despair. Let your affliction drive you to the cleft of the Rock, where the tender heart of Jesus beats with compassion for the oppressed and with long-suffering even toward the oppressor.

True repentance is not the mere wringing of hands nor a forced apology wrung out by fear of consequences. The world’s sorrow worketh death; it is but the vomit of a dog, a carnal turning that leaves the heart as stony as before. The repentance which God grants unto life is a loathing of sin because it is vile in itself and because it pierces the heart of Christ. It is the gift of His sovereign grace alone, a heart of flesh that feels the evil of sin and melts at the love of a pardoning God. Your adversaries cannot manufacture such contrition; neither can you produce it in them by your indignation. It must be worked by Omnipotent energy, that same power which says, “I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.” Therefore pray for them, not merely that they would make amends to you, but that God would break their hearts with a sight of His goodness and plunge them into that sweet grief which hates sin because Jesus bore it. That is the repentance that “needs not to be repented of.”

Remember, too, that the Law and its terrors do but harden while they work alone. Threats of judgment may startle but cannot soften. It is a sense of blood-bought pardon that dissolves the heart of stone. Should the Spirit of God ever lead these wretched souls to look upon Him whom they have pierced, upon the meek and lowly heart of Jesus, then, and then only, will the proud countenance be lowered in penitence and the clenched fist be opened to make restitution. Until then, they are but storing up wrath, while you are called to show forth the patience of Christ. Bear your own heart before the Lord as a sacrifice broken and contrite, knowing that He will not despise it. He sees every wound they have given you, and in His time He will plead the cause of the afflicted. Yet, oh, let us not desire their destruction, but rather that the Lord would grant them repentance after a godly sort, that they might flee to the shelter of His cross and find mercy. Go often to the throne of grace with this petition, and let it drive you deeper into that heart-knowledge of God which is life eternal.
