Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We hear your cry for justice and safety, and our hearts ache with you as you face such callous disregard for human life and dignity. The evil you describe, fraud, deception, and a hardened refusal to acknowledge harm, is a grievous sin before God. Scripture warns us, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). The actions of your landlord, their representatives, and legal counsel reveal a heart that has grown cold to righteousness, and we join you in fervent prayer for their repentance and transformation.

The lack of remorse, the threats, and the demand for payment despite life-threatening conditions are not just legal or ethical failures, they are spiritual ones. The Bible is clear: "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea" (Matthew 18:6). The Lord sees their hardness of heart, and He is able to break it. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them, not with condemnation, but with a godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). May they recognize the weight of their actions and turn from their wickedness.

You have done what is right by documenting the dangers, seeking medical help, and pursuing justice. Proverbs 21:15 tells us, "When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers." Do not lose heart, for the Lord is your defender. Psalm 37:6 assures us, "He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun." We pray that God would intervene in this situation, softening hearts and opening doors for restitution. May those responsible be moved to apologize, compensate you fairly, and make amends, not out of coercion, but from a transformed heart.

We also lift up the lawyer involved in this case. Her words reveal a disturbing detachment from human suffering, equating "comfort" with basic safety. This is not merely a legal matter; it is a spiritual one. We pray that the Lord would pierce her conscience and reveal the gravity of her actions. Ezekiel 36:26 promises, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." May she, too, experience this transformation.

For you, dear one, we pray for protection, provision, and peace. You have endured much, but the Lord is your refuge. Psalm 91:9-10 declares, "Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place, the Most High, who is my refuge, no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent." We ask God to surround you with His angels, to provide for your needs, and to grant you wisdom as you navigate this difficult season. May you feel His presence in tangible ways, reminding you that you are not alone.

We rebuke the spirit of deception and greed operating in this situation. In the name of Jesus, we command every scheme of the enemy to unravel and every lie to be exposed. We declare that truth will prevail, that justice will be served, and that those who have hardened their hearts will be broken by the love and conviction of the Holy Spirit. We pray for a supernatural intervention, one that only God can orchestrate, where those responsible are moved to make things right.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking godly counsel, whether through legal avenues or trusted believers who can support you. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, "Without counsel, plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed." You are not powerless; you are a child of the Most High, and He fights for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Your throne of grace. We ask that You would move mightily in the lives of those who have caused harm, breaking their hardness and drawing them to repentance. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them see the error of their ways. We pray for justice to be served, for restitution to be made, and for Your peace to reign in this matter. Protect and provide for Your child who has suffered, and let them feel Your presence in this storm. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn this situation for their good. May Your name be glorified, and may Your will be done. What strikes us most is this: the pain you are naming is not just about the dangerous wiring, but about the profound lack of remorse. There is a deep-seated disease at work here, and it is no mere matter of poor conduct or legal maneuvering. It is the plague of a heart turned to adamant. When a man or woman can look upon the wounds of another, can see documented evidence of bodily harm from electric shocks, and yet speak only of undeserved comfort and eviction, we are beholding that which made our blessed Lord look round about with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts. To equate a life-threatening peril with a demand for luxury is a perversion so profound it can only come from a fountain that is utterly polluted. It is the stony heart in full display, unfeeling, unyielding, impenetrable. It receives no impression from the suffering of a fellow creature; it has no pity, no fellow-feeling, no remorse. It was not always so; the flesh of the heart was petrified little by little, but the result is a ghastly death-in-life.

This is precisely the ruin which the Covenant of Grace pledges to reverse. All human remonstrance, all demands for justice, all exposure of their evil will dash against that stone as waves against a cliff and be broken back. No mere words of yours can do what only Divine Power can accomplish. The promise is this: "I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh." Where a heart of flesh is found, it is a special gift of Sovereign Grace, always the result of God's own hand. A heart of flesh would feel sin as smoke to the eyes and thorns to the flesh; it would be sensitive to the Divine love and to the just claims of common humanity. Until that miracle occurs, these souls will sleepwalk toward a judgment where no legal brief can silence the cries of the oppressed.

Therefore, cry mightily to the Lord, for He will be inquired of to do this for them. Pray not merely for a change in their behavior, but for the creation of a new heart within them. Ask that the Holy Spirit would storm their inner being, and in a moment dissolve the rock into a fountain of tears. Nothing less will produce true remorse, apology, or restitution. Only a heart that first bleeds before God for its own wickedness will ever make amends to you. Bring the whole accursed situation to the bleeding heart of Jesus. He is able to pierce the most rigid soul. Lay these hard-hearted ones at His feet, and beseech Him to look upon them with that same grief-mingled anger He showed in the synagogue, until He speaks the life-giving word and puts a new spirit within them.

I hear your cry, and I see the wounds upon your body and your heart. Yet in this trial, consider what great gain is set before you, not the comfort of an apology or the repayment of silver, but the very crown of a soldier who endures hardness for Christ. For it is no small thing to suffer wrongfully and still bend the knee for those who afflict you. Such grief as you pour out for their hardened souls is a fragrant offering, a sorrow that works repentance unto salvation, a pain far superior to any worldly joy. Do not let the delay of justice become a snare to your own spirit; rather, use this space which God’s longsuffering provides. He bears with them still, not because He is blind to their deeds, but because He would lead even the most brazen to repentance. The landlord who mocks your wounds, the lawyer who calls life a comfort, yes, even these may yet be washed clean if they but turn. For Manasseh filled Jerusalem with blood and abominations, yet through repentance he found mercy. No depth of wickedness surpasses the medicine of repentance; it is a second plank after shipwreck, though not a second baptism.

But be warned: the sorrow that gripped Judas was not true repentance. He felt the sting of his deed, he threw down the coins, yet he fled too quickly to the noose and bore no fruit. That is not the grief you seek for your enemies. Pray rather that God would break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that they might not only feel a fleeting pang but be thoroughly pricked in their conscience, confess their sin, and bring forth works meet for repentance. And while you wait for that day, do not neglect the medicine that strengthens all prayer: almsgiving and acts of mercy. Let your own hands be clean, your own heart an accuser of its own faults, so that you stand blameless before the righteous Judge. He is strong and patient; He will not overlook those who suffer wrongfully. Whether He brings vengeance in this life or at the resurrection, be assured that no groaning of the afflicted escapes His ear. Therefore, let your anguish be transformed into intercession. Weep for them as Paul wept for sinners, with a fatherly sympathy that burns with love. For it may be that by your patient endurance and prayers, some of these very persons will yet say, “I have sinned,” and find the heavenly gift of forgiveness. Until then, fix your gaze not on the shame they heap upon you, but on Him who endured the cross, despising the shame. Fight the good fight; endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

Scripture shows us that a person can willfully stiffen their own heart against what is right, and when they persist, there comes a time when God may confirm them in that chosen posture. It is a frightening place to be, because a heart that hardens itself against the pleas of another is also hardening itself against the voice of God.

Yet, even the most entrenched heart is not beyond the reach of the Almighty. Just as the course of a river is in His hand, so the hearts of all people, including those who now oppose you, remain under His ultimate authority. That is the very ground of our prayer. We are not asking for a superficial apology; we are asking for the kind of upheaval only the Spirit can bring, where a heart of stone is replaced with a heart of flesh. True repentance is not a mere statement of regret but a turning, a change so radical that it alters how someone sees their actions and treats others.

The refusal to show remorse, the demand for payment while ignoring injury, and the effort to falsify reports all reveal something far more serious than a simple dispute. They expose motives that, left unchanged, treasure up a far greater reckoning. Justice and mercy are what the Lord requires, not the outward show of legality while the inner person is full of pride and avoidance. When someone refuses to make things right, they are not simply wronging you; they are setting themselves against a God who loves justice and hears the cry of the oppressed.

Continue to pour out your heart before the Lord, not only for your own vindication but for those who have acted so wickedly. Pray that the very hardness they have displayed would be shattered, that they might see their own hearts as God sees them. Ask Him to stir something new within those who have been only unscrupulous and avoidant. The God who knows every heart can turn a person who once spoke empty threats into someone who humbles themselves and seeks to restore what has been broken.

In the meantime, rest your own heart in this: the Lord looks not on outward appearances but on the heart. He has seen every wound, every deceptive report, every indifferent word. And He is the righteous judge. Your longing for an apology and for just compensation is not a demand for comfort; it is a cry for rightness in a situation where wrong has been multiplied. Trust that He will deal with each heart according to its ways. May you find deep peace in His presence, and may those who have refused to listen finally hear His call and submit to Him.
