Evil, lack of remorse, hard hearts!!

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We hear your cry for justice and righteousness in this deeply troubling situation, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and blatant disregard for human life displayed by those responsible is a grievous offense, not only against you but against the Lord Himself, who commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31) and to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with Him (Micah 6:8). Their actions reveal a spirit of deception, greed, and callousness that must be confronted in the mighty name of Jesus.

The demand for falsified reports, the refusal to acknowledge the life-threatening dangers you faced, and the legal threats in response to your rightful concerns are not merely unethical, they are sinful. Scripture warns, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). The lawyer’s words equating your basic need for safety with "comfort" expose a heart hardened by pride and devoid of compassion. We rebuke this spirit of injustice and deception in Jesus’ name, declaring that the Lord sees all and will not be mocked (Galatians 6:7). Their attempts to silence you through threats and legal intimidation will not prevail, for God is your defender. "The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9).

We also lift up the electricians who were pressured to falsify reports. Their compliance, whether out of fear, coercion, or greed, places them in moral jeopardy. Pray that their consciences would be awakened and that they would refuse to participate in such wickedness. "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out" (Proverbs 10:9). May they choose righteousness over convenience, even if it costs them.

Your endurance and refusal to back down in the face of such evil is commendable. You have documented the truth, sought medical help, and stood firm in your integrity, this is a testament to your faith. Do not grow weary, for the Lord promises, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied" (Matthew 5:6). The same God who delivered Daniel from the lions’ den and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the fiery furnace is your deliverer. He will not abandon you.

We pray now with urgency and authority:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the Righteous Judge and our Advocate. We lift up this situation to You, Lord, and ask that You expose every hidden deed of darkness (Ephesians 5:11). Break the hardness of heart in the landlord, the lawyer, the owner, and all involved. Soften their hearts as You softened Pharaoh’s, first to acknowledge their sin, then to repent and make restitution. Let them see the harm they have caused and feel the weight of their actions, not out of guilt alone, but out of conviction by Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we ask that You intervene in the legal threats and unjust demands. Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). Frustrate their plans to evict unjustly, to withhold compensation, or to silence the truth. Open doors for this brother/sister to find safe housing, fair restitution, and peace. Provide wise counsel and advocates who will stand for truth and justice.

Lord, we pray for the lawyer who wrote those cruel words. Her heart is hardened, but You are the God who turns hearts wherever You will (Proverbs 21:1). Pour out Your Spirit upon her. Let her see the gravity of her words and the danger of her soul. Convict her of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and lead her to repentance. May she, too, come to know the grace of Jesus Christ, who died for sinners like her, and like us all.

We declare that the spirit of deception, greed, and callousness operating in this situation is bound in Jesus’ name. We break its power over their minds and wills. Let them no longer find satisfaction in wickedness but instead be tormented by their conscience until they make things right. "The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion" (Proverbs 28:1). May they flee from their sin and run to You.

Father, we also pray for this dear one who has suffered physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Heal their wounds, Lord. Restore their peace. Replace their fear with faith, their anger with trust in Your justice. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround them with Your love and the support of Your people. Provide for their needs, spiritually, physically, and financially, as they wait on You.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed. You keep watch over the stranger and sustain the fatherless and the widow (Psalm 146:9). You are not indifferent to injustice. We trust that You will act on behalf of this child of Yours. May Your name be glorified in the resolution of this situation, whether through repentance, restitution, or Your perfect justice.

And to any reading this who do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we must share this truth: There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). The hardness of heart, the lack of remorse, the greed and deception we see in this world are symptoms of a deeper problem, sin. But God, in His great love, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and rise again so that we might be reconciled to Him. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Today is the day of salvation. Turn to Him, and let Him give you a new heart, one of flesh, not stone (Ezekiel 36:26).

We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this situation will not end in defeat but in Your victory. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We have been sitting with your updates, and we feel the weight of what you have endured. Living in fear of being shocked in your own shower, carrying the burden of medical reports while being met with threats instead of help, that is a heavy, lonely load. To have a lawyer twist language so cruelly, calling basic safety "comfort," would deeply wound anyone. Your anger and your longing for an apology are not small things; they are entirely human and understandable. You deserved protection, and you were denied it.

As you have already moved out, we pray that this physical distance brings you a new sense of peace. It may be that your most urgent need right now is not for them to change, but for you to find steady ground again. When people refuse to acknowledge wrong, pressing for remorse from a hard heart can sometimes trap us in our own pain. We are not saying their debt is gone, it is very real, and God sees every detail of it. But we want you to be free from waiting on a conscience they may never show.

One small, practical step that sometimes helps in such a tangled conflict is to write down a clear, bullet-pointed timeline just for yourself: the dates, the shocks, the reports, the threats. Not necessarily for the lawyer, but to anchor your own memory, so that when the injustice swirls in your mind, you can look at that paper and say, "This is what happened." It can be a way of handing the facts to God and stepping back from the mental replay.

As for the lawyer and landlord, we join you in asking God to break through. Not only for justice, but for the rescue of their own souls from cruelty and greed.

Jesus, we ask You to be the defender in this impossible situation. Bring the truth into the light, and do not let those in power crush the vulnerable through lies and avoidance. We pray for this person who has suffered, that Your peace would guard their mind and body, and that the wounds, both physical and emotional, would heal. We entrust the landlord and lawyer to You, asking that You would shake loose their grip on hardness and replace it with an awareness of what they have done. Bring about whatever earthly justice You see fit, and sustain the one who has been wronged until they see Your goodness again. In Your name, amen.

"He awoke and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' The wind ceased and there was a great calm," Mk 4:39.

When men persist in hardness, refusing to own the evil they have done, they are not merely neglecting a form of courtesy, they are stiffening their necks against the Almighty. The refusal to acknowledge wrong, the twisting of truth to paint life-threatening danger as a demand for "comfort," is a fearful sign. It echoes the heart of Pharaoh, who hardened himself time and again, even when judgments fell thick around him. A heart that remains unfeeling in the face of real injury is not merely mistaken; it is ossified, smitten with a spiritual deadness that no human argument can penetrate. The man who can look upon wounds and dismiss them, who can read medical reports and conjure up threats of eviction, has a heart that needs far more than correction, it needs creation. There must be a new heart altogether, for the one within him is as adamant stone.

Yet do not let your own spirit be poisoned by their continued wickedness. True repentance in them is the work of the Spirit of God, not the result of our desperation. Carnal repentance might spring from terror when the law closes in, but it withers quickly; it is superficial, an outward stirring that leaves the core untouched. We are not praying for them to utter a few regretful words simply to settle the matter. We are praying for that evangelical repentance which loathes the evil because it has pierced the heart of Christ, which longs after holiness and gives God glory. This is not something they can draw up from their own corrupt wells. It must be given. And so your plea is right, cry to heaven that God would tear out the heart of stone and put in a heart of flesh. He who made the heart can melt it. He can take the most calloused landlord, the most unscrupulous lawyer, and break them under a sense of blood-bought pardon.

This distress you feel, the anguish of being wronged without remedy, is itself a kind of pricking in your own heart. Do not let it drive you to despair or to a hardening of your own spirit. The sorrow that bleeds at injustice can be brought to the bleeding heart of Jesus. While you wait for God to turn the hearts of these people, see to it that your own heart remains tender, trusting, and free from the leaven of bitterness. You have cried out, "May they hear His call." That is the cry of faith. For we preach repentance in the name of Jesus, meaning we look to Him to give it. It is the first result of grace, a token of pardon. Keep praying that the goodness of God, though they spurn it now, will one day lead them to a turning. The very fact that you are able to pray for their repentance rather than merely for their punishment is evidence that the Spirit has given you a heart of flesh. Cling to that. In the meantime, trust the Lord with your cause. He sees every hidden thing, and His judgment is truer than any court of man.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The soul that practices injustice drinks a cup far more bitter than the one who suffers it. You see the electric shocks, the wounds, the medical reports, the lawyer’s cruel words equating life-threatening danger with a mere lack of comfort. You feel the sting of their unyielding, remorseless hearts. But know this: their laughter, their threats, their legal maneuvers are a thin veil over a conscience that already sits in judgment on itself. For the judging faculty of the mind, placed in us by God, remains unbribed. They may bribe an electrician to falsify a report, they may bribe a lawyer to twist words, but they cannot bribe the gnawing worm within. Their uneasy slumbers, their need to block communication and avoid your face, these are the first lashes of the scourge they are weaving for themselves.

Yet do not let your own heart be straitened by bitterness. The landlord, the contact person, the owner, the lawyer, all of them are like a horse hurrying down a precipice. The prayer for them is not a gentle wish, but a cry for the merciful violence of God’s bit and bridle. To pray that their hearts of stone become hearts of flesh is to ask for the painful, saving surgery of repentance. They are treasuring up wrath, not only against you but against their own heads, and unless they repent, they will suffer a collapse far worse than any faulty electrical system. Therefore, it is indeed an act of charity to pray that they hear His call, that they submit to Him, and that the speciousness of legal words falls away before the Truth. When you pray for their remorse and apology, you are praying for their escape from a far greater danger than they have put you in.

As for you, do not wait for their apology as your refuge. Your safety does not lie in their remorse. He who sees the light of this world is in safety; how much more the one who is with Christ and does not separate from Him? You have been baptized into His death, you have the Spirit shed abroad in your heart. They have shown you their enmity, but God has opened His heart to you. If He is for you, the hardness of others cannot ultimately harm your soul. Seek your delight not in their compensation, but by the coffins of the martyrs, in the silence where there is no remorse after the pleasure, only health of body and benefit of soul. The Lord does not require you to feed on the food of their apology. He accepts not this food if it is offered from a heart still clinging to its wickedness. Rest in the judgment of Him who judges righteously. Their avoidance, their refusal to pay, their psychological damage, all of it is seen. Continue to live with a clear conscience before Him. He who is conscious of no evil in this matter need not fear their threats. You are in our hearts to die together and live together, and more importantly, you are in the heart of the One who stretched forth His hand and promised that Resurrection, not a lawyer’s letter, shall have the final word.
