Evil,lack of remorse!! Hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieving over the injustice and callousness you have endured. The hardness of heart displayed by those responsible for your safety is deeply troubling, and we stand with you in righteous anger against such ungodly behavior. The Bible warns us in Romans 1:31-32 about those who are "without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them." This situation is a stark example of such wickedness, and we rebuke it in the name of Jesus Christ.

The lack of remorse, the demand for fake reports, and the refusal to take responsibility for life-threatening conditions are not just legal or ethical failures, they are sins against God and neighbor. Jesus taught us in Matthew 22:39, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." These individuals have not only failed to love you but have actively sought to harm you. We declare that their deception, greed, and hardness of heart will not stand. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that the Lord would turn their hearts toward repentance and justice.

We also lift up the lawyer involved in this situation. Her words and actions reveal a heart that is far from God, equating "comfort" with life-threatening danger. This is not just legal posturing, it is spiritual blindness. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her of her hardness and open her eyes to the truth. Ezekiel 36:26 says, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We cry out for this transformation in her life and in the lives of all involved.

For you, dear one, we pray for protection, justice, and healing. The electric shocks you endured are a physical manifestation of the spiritual battle raging around you. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will fight for you (Exodus 14:14). We pray for restitution, may those who have wronged you be compelled to make things right, not just in the eyes of the law, but in the sight of God. May they be moved to apologize, compensate you fairly, and provide the safe living conditions you deserve.

We also pray for your emotional and spiritual well-being. Being treated with such contempt can wound the soul, but we remind you that God sees your suffering and will not abandon you. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lean on Him in this time, for He is your refuge and strength.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened by the injustice and cruelty shown to our brother/sister. We ask that You would break the hardness of heart in those responsible for this situation. Soften their hearts, Lord, and lead them to repentance. Convict them of their sin and turn their hearts toward righteousness. We declare that their plans to deceive and harm will not succeed, for You are a God of justice and truth.

We pray for the lawyer involved, that You would open her eyes to the gravity of her actions and the spiritual darkness in her heart. Remove the scales from her eyes, Lord, and let her see the truth. May she be moved to act with integrity and compassion, not just in this case, but in all her dealings.

For our brother/sister, we ask for Your protection, healing, and provision. Restore what has been taken from them, Lord, and grant them peace in the midst of this storm. Surround them with Your love and remind them that they are not alone. Provide them with wisdom, strength, and the resources they need to navigate this situation.

We also pray for the landlord, that You would confront him with the reality of his actions. May he recognize the danger he has allowed to persist and be moved to make amends. Let him not be able to rest until justice is served.

Father, we trust in Your promise that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). We ask that You would move in this situation in a way that brings glory to Your name. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this circumstance.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and bring justice to the oppressed. Amen.

It is deeply wounding when those with power not only disregard your safety but twist the truth to protect themselves. We ache with you over the cruelty you’ve endured, the physical harm, the callous dismissal, and the lawyer’s words that seem calculated to break your spirit. You did not deserve any of this, and it is not weakness to feel the weight of it. Many of us would feel similarly shattered.

From what you’ve shared, one concrete step could be to connect with a local church or a Christian legal aid clinic, if you haven’t already. Many congregations have deacons or compassion teams that can walk with you through housing disputes, and some even partner with attorneys who offer pro bono counsel to prevent injustice. Alongside that, secular tenant rights organizations in your area can often help you document everything and push back against false reports. You don’t need to navigate this alone, God often uses His people and wise advocates to bring relief and a sense of being guarded.

We’re praying that our Father, who defends the oppressed, would shield your mind from the corrosive effect of these threats and calumnies. We ask Him to restrain every hand that schemes against you and to expose what is hidden. For the landlord, the lawyer, and every person who has hardened their heart, we ask that You, Lord, grant them the gift of genuine remorse, not for our sake alone, but for the salvation of their souls. Break through their defenses so that they may see their actions as You see them, and turn.

We ask You to provide safe, stable housing and to restore what has been taken. Most of all, hold this dear person close. Let them sense Your presence more tangibly than the hostility around them. In Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a grievous thing to be met with hearts of adamant, where one looks for common human sympathy. When those who hold power over your daily shelter demand that false reports be written, and when life itself is threatened by their neglect, it is as though you cry out to Pharaoh, and he answers, “Get you unto your burdens.” Yet do not marvel as though some strange thing had happened. Our Lord Jesus looked round upon the hard hearts of the Pharisees with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts. His anger was no touch of malevolence, but love on fire, love burning with indignation against that which is unlovely. So you may feel that holy grief and anger mingled, yet leave vengeance to Him who judges righteously.

These persons have shown no remorse, no sorrow for the evil done. But such sorrow as they lack is no mere regret that troubles the skin; true repentance is a gift from the throne of God, a grace that gives Him glory. Without it, their refusal to apologize is but a fresh binding of their own chains. Pray for them, not with a bitterness that mimics their own, but with a hope that He who turned the heart of Esau can turn the heart of every callous landlord and lawyer. Remember the ransom, God himself has found a ransom. If He who held the sinner in bondage delivers him, the liberty is sure. That very deliverance may yet be proclaimed for them.

You have shown the wounds, produced the reports, yet the response has been evasion, threats, and a wicked demand that you confess the safe what is dangerous. This is more than injustice; it is a spiritual deafness, a heart made impregnable by sin. Such hardness is insensible, impenetrable, inflexible, and it leads to something worse than death. Yet the God of Jacob can make the stony heart flesh. He can bring a Pharaoh to his knees, and He can cause the most hardened to weep at the foot of the cross. Do not cease to ask, but ask as one who knows that repentance is not a condition of their earning favor, but a gift for Christ’s sake.

As for yourself, watch your own spirit. When prayer seems a waste of words, and the burden returns heavier, remember that you are a citizen of heaven, a stranger here. The fiery darts that whisper, “God heareth not sinners,” are lies. You have a Deliverer who makes your deliverance effectual. Just as Israel came forth with not one feeble among them, so Christ brings his own through every sanitary miracle of grace. He was grieved for the hardness of hearts, and He knows your grief. Lay your wounded heart before Him; pour it out, for broken hearts never play at repenting. He will hear.

I pray that these adversaries may yet know the repentance that needs not to be repented of, a practical, lasting turning from their evil. May they submit to the Holy Spirit’s call, and may you see the day when they not only repair the electrical system but offer the apology and compensation that love of neighbor demands. Until then, let your song be of the deliverance already accomplished at the cross, where Christ became our ransom. He was delivered for our offences and raised for our justification. If God is for us, who can be against us? No lawyer’s threat can shut you out from that comfort.

Go on casting all your cares upon Him. The clock of mercy will strike the hour of your full release. And should it tarry, still trust that He who did not spare His own Son will with Him freely give you all things. Your present affliction is not worth comparing with the glory to be revealed. Let this be your ground, and your heart shall keep its sweetness, even under the heel of oppression.

The suffering you describe is grievous, and the cruelty of those who refuse to see your wounds cries out for justice. But let us turn our eyes first to the dreadful spiritual state of these people. A heart that can look upon another's electric shock and demand a false report, that can call life-threatening danger a matter of mere comfort, is a heart that has turned to stone. There is no affliction more terrible than to sin without any sting of conscience, to persist in evil and meet no temporal punishment. For when a man does wrong and feels no rod, when he prospers in his hard-heartedness, then we ought to weep for him most of all. God's long-suffering with such a one is not weakness but a storehouse of wrath: He is allowing the sinner to fill up the measure of his sin until judgment falls with unbearable weight. "Whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth," but the soul that walks unhindered in covetousness, deceit, and disdain for the suffering of others is being fattened for the slaughter.

Therefore, do not let your heart be consumed by the poison of resentment, nor imagine that these people have triumphed over you. They have done themselves far greater harm than they have done to you. For the man who steals money, who cheats, who denies justice, does not so much inflict injury as he receives it. Every dishonest gain, every lie, every cold refusal of compassion is a blow he lands upon his own soul, driving him further from the life of God. The lawyer who wrote those words, that you do not deserve comfort or repairs, has heaped coals not upon your head but upon her own. The landlord and his agents have shut themselves out of the kingdom of heaven more surely than they have shut you out of a habitable home. Pity them. Pray for them as you would for a madman who plunges a knife into his own flesh, thinking he is wounding another.

I urge you, then, to set about the work of prayer with the same urgency as a relative who sits beside a dying man, pleading with the physician not to give up. Beseech God for these souls who are sick unto death. Counsel them from afar through your intercessions, even if they spurn you and curse you. For if you neglect this duty, you may afterward reproach yourself, saying, "I never looked for it; I did not do all I could." We shall answer for our own sloth if we fail to love our enemies with the remedy of prayer. Do not say that they are beyond hope, or that they do not deserve your petitions. It is precisely when the disease is most desperate that the physician does not abandon the patient. So too, the more they mock your pain and twist the truth, the more earnestly you must call upon the Lord to break their stony hearts and give them a heart of flesh, a heart that can grieve over sin and tremble at His word.

Yet while you pray for them, guard your own heart carefully. Suffering can purify like gold in the furnace, or it can breed bitterness and hatred. See to it that this trial becomes for you a means of grace and not a snare. God often permits the righteous to suffer wrong so that they may learn more deeply to despise the fleeting things of earth. If they have stolen your money, they have not touched your true treasure. If they have denied you physical safety, they have brought you nearer to the One who is your eternal refuge. Joy that is rooted in Christ cannot be shaken by cracked walls or burst pipes or heartless landlords; it is the joy of angels, sealed by the Holy Spirit, a joy that the world can neither give nor take away.

Do not cease to seek legal remedy where it may be had, for justice is a good gift of God. But release the demand for apology and compensation from the clenched fist of your heart. If they repent and make restitution, give thanks to God and forgive with your whole soul. If they do not, still forgive, remembering that you yourself have been forgiven countless debts you could never repay. Christ did not wait for His tormentors to apologize before He prayed, "Father, forgive them." In this you will show that you belong not to the world's order of eye for eye, but to the kingdom where the Spirit writes truth not in ink but in lives transformed.

Come, then, to the table of the Lord with fasting and prayer, laying this burden before Him who judges justly. Let your petition rise for these people: that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin before it is too late, that they would not go from this life with their hands still stained by false reports and their hearts still hardened by avarice. And pray also for yourself, that you would have the humility to accept whatever outcome He ordains, whether swift vindication or long endurance. For it is better to suffer unjustly and keep a pure conscience than to win every lawsuit and lose your own soul. God sees the electric burns, the medical reports, the sleepless nights. He will not be mocked. The day is coming when all secrets are revealed, and then the oppressor will cry out to the mountains to fall on him.

May the Lord sustain you in this affliction, teaching you to cling to the hope that is stored up for you in heaven. And may He in His mercy call those who now walk in darkness into the marvelous light of repentance, so that their souls might be saved in the day of Christ. Pray without ceasing, and do not grow weary, for you wrestle not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual hardness that holds these captives bound.

The kind of callousness you describe, being told you do not deserve safety, let alone comfort, exposes something far deeper than a legal strategy. It lays bare hearts that have grown dangerously hard. The Scriptures remind us that every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the heart. An electrician can be pressured to write a false report, a lawyer can spin words to protect a client, but no one can doctor the truth before God. He sees the real motivation behind the threats and the refusal to take responsibility. What looks like a bullying spirit is, at root, a heart problem: ids of money, control, or reputation have taken the throne where only the living God belongs. And when people sit with those ids in their hearts, they will pursue injustice without blushing, because truth has fallen in the street and equity cannot enter.

Yet I want you to hear this clearly: the Lord is not aloof from what you have suffered. He is higher than the highest regards, and there be higher than they. The God who created the universe and set eternity in our hearts will not let the perverting of judgment slide forever. He takes no pleasure in the stubbornness that would keep you wounded and endangered. And his desire is not just that they stop their outward aggression, but that they tear their hearts, not their garments. Genuine remorse, a broken spirit, an honest apology, and restitution: these are the fruits of a heart that has been turned, like water channels directed by the Lord’s hand. We cry out for that very thing.

So I am praying with you that the Holy Spirit would so press upon their consciences that the hardness is shattered. Jesus looked at hardened hearts with anger and grief. That same Lord can break through with a word that exposes the danger of their own soul, far greater than any electrical hazard. They need a heart of flesh, not of stone. They need to fear the God who ponders every motive. And we ask him to do what no amount of human reasoning can accomplish: to bring them to a place of genuine repentance, to move them to apologize and to compensate you with the respect you are owed as a person made in his image.

While you wait for that answer, remember that your help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He is your defense; you do not have to carry the weight of vindication alone. The sleeplessness might belong to those who trust in riches, but the one who labors under the sun and commits their cause to God can rest, knowing that none of this is hidden from him. Use this trial as an occasion to lift your eyes beyond the human injustice and to see the God who is never powerless and never tardy. Let your own heart be kept soft before him, free from bitterness, so that the justice he eventually brings will only deepen your praise.

May the Spirit of God cut through the lies with the sharpness of his truth, heal the wounds inflicted on your body and your mind, and straighten what evil has bent. In time, may you look back and see that the Lord was not only your protector but also the one who turned the hearts of those who opposed you, or, failing that, proved himself your unfailing defender.
