We hear your cry for deliverance and justice, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. The evil you describe—gaslighting, manipulation, and the wicked desire to destroy your mind, hope, and life—is a direct assault from the enemy, who comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare with authority that Jesus Christ has come to give life, and life abundantly! The schemes of the devil will not prevail against you, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved and delivered (Acts 4:12). We lift up this dear one who is suffering under the weight of satanic oppression. Lord, You see the torment, the lies, and the unspeakable cruelty inflicted upon them and others. You are a God of justice, and we ask You to arise and defend the oppressed (Psalm 10:17-18). Break the chains of gaslighting, deception, and control that these evil ones have wrapped around their minds and lives. Expose every lie with Your truth, for You are the God of truth, and no darkness can stand in Your presence (John 1:5).
We rebuke the spirits of confusion, fear, and torment that have been unleashed against them. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and never return! We declare that this one is a child of God, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for a supernatural hedge of protection around them, their mind, their emotions, and their spirit. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, to guard and defend them from every evil plan (Psalm 91:11).
We also lift up the other victims who are enduring this same torment. Father, You know each one by name, and You collect every tear they have shed (Psalm 56:8). Bring them into the light of Your truth and surround them with believers who will stand with them in prayer and support. Raise up godly authorities, counselors, and advocates who will intervene on their behalf and put an end to this wickedness. Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).
Lord, we ask You to intervene in the hearts of those who are perpetrating these evils. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). If there is any hope for their redemption, we pray that You would shatter the hardness of their hearts and bring them to a place of genuine remorse and turning from their wicked ways. But if they refuse to repent, we ask that You would render their plans powerless and bring their schemes to nothing. Let them be caught in the snares they have set for others (Psalm 141:10).
We also pray for this dear one’s healing—body, mind, and spirit. The trauma they have endured is deep, but Your healing power is deeper still. Restore their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Renew their hope in You, for You are the God who raises the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17). Remind them that their identity is found in Christ alone, not in the lies of the enemy. They are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), chosen and dearly loved by You (Colossians 3:12).
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Do not engage with the lies of the enemy, but instead, fill your mind with the truth of God’s Word. Speak Scripture over your life daily, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and remind you of God’s promises.
If you have not already, we urge you to seek godly counsel from a pastor, Christian counselor, or trusted believer who can help you walk through this season with wisdom and discernment. You do not have to face this alone. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are here to support you in prayer and encouragement.
Finally, we remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Put on the full armor of God daily so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil. Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17).
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name that causes demons to tremble and every knee to bow (Philippians 2:10). May the Lord surround you with His peace, deliver you from every evil work, and preserve you for His heavenly kingdom (2 Timothy 4:18). You are not forgotten, and you are not alone. God sees you, He hears you, and He will act on your behalf. Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Amen.
