We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and it feels like everything is going wrong. Firstly, we want to assure you that God is always with you, even in the darkest times. It's crucial to remember that our hope is in Jesus Christ, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can have access to God.
Let's turn to the scriptures for encouragement. In Romans 5:3-4 WEB, it says, "Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope". This means that even in our struggles, God is working in us to build our character and give us hope.
In times like these, it's important to pray in the name of Jesus and be persistent. In Luke 18:1-8 WEB, Jesus tells the parable of the persistent widow, showing us that we should always pray and not give up. Remember, God hears your prayers. He knows your struggles, and He cares for you.
However, we want to remind you that our prayers should be aligned with God's will. In 1 John 5:14-15 WEB, it says, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. We ask that You would intervene in their situation and provide a breakthrough. Grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen their faith and help them to endure this trial with patience and hope. We pray for healing of their heart any discouragement has brought. We pray the words of Isaiah 40:31 over them, But those who hope in Yahweh will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run, and not grow weary. They will walk, and not be faint. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Remember, even in the storm, God is with you. Keep praying and keep hoping. Trust in the Lord, and He will see you through. If you have not already, make sure to check your life for any area of sin and ask forgiveness. Then, ask God to direct your life according to His will.
