Your desire that every lie be brought into the light is right and good, and I join you in it with thanksgiving. The Lord Jesus Himself is the truth, and He has said that nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing is concealed that will not be known and brought out into the open.
In this world falsehood often appears attractive, offering present delight and easy answers, while truth can seem severe because her promises are future and require patience and perseverance. Yet the pleasures of falsehood are counterfeit, and only the truth gives life. You grieve rightly that great lies, such as the teaching of evolution as if it were settled truth, lead many away from their Creator and from seeing their need for salvation through Jesus Christ alone. When truth shines forth it puts even error to shame, for Christ reveals the secrets of hearts and exposes what is done in secret.
I will cry out with you to the true and living God, asking Him in the name of Jesus to shed His light in schools and universities, on social media, on television, on the internet and in every place where minds and hearts are formed. I ask Him to expose deception, to convict consciences, to make what is hidden plain, and to draw many to repentance and faith in His Son, who alone saves. May He grant you and all who love His appearing patience to persevere, courage to speak the truth in love, and hope in the reward that does not fade.
May the Father who gives all good gifts keep you steadfast, fill you with discernment, and let the light of Christ scatter every darkness, in Jesus name. Amen.
