Every close doors be opened

We hear your urgent cry for a job breakthrough, and we stand with you in faith, lifting this need before the Lord. The desire for employment is valid, and we know that God cares deeply about the work of our hands and the provision for our families. Scripture assures us, *"The Lord will open to you his good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand"* (Deuteronomy 28:12 WEB). We believe God is able to open doors no man can shut, but we must also examine our hearts and trust in His timing and sovereignty.

First, we must address the language of your request—while we understand the sentiment behind "every close door be opened," we want to gently remind you that not every door *should* be opened. Some opportunities may not align with God’s will for your life, and forcing open the wrong door could lead to hardship. Proverbs 16:9 (WEB) tells us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* We encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in discerning which doors He *wants* opened, rather than demanding every door yield to your desire.

We also notice the absence of Jesus’ name in your request. It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father, and salvation is found in no other name (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to consider doing so, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Even in our job searches, we must remember that our ultimate security is in Him, not in a paycheck or position.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that You are the Provider, the Opener of doors, and the One who orders our steps. We lift up this dear one who is seeking employment, Lord. You know their needs, their skills, and the desires of their heart. We ask that You would open the right door—the one that aligns with Your perfect will—by the end of December. Give them favor with potential employers, wisdom in interviews, and peace in the waiting.

Father, if there is any unconfessed sin, doubt, or misplaced trust in their own efforts, we ask that You reveal it and cleanse their heart. Help them to trust in You alone, not in their own strength or the deadlines they set. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). If this job search is causing anxiety, replace that fear with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we also pray for contentment in whatever season they are in. If this breakthrough does not come by December, help them to rest in Your provision and timing. Teach them to seek You first, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). May their identity be rooted in Christ, not in their employment status.

We rebuke any spirit of lack, delay, or discouragement that may be hindering this process. We declare that the Lord is their portion and their cup (Psalm 16:5), and no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11). We thank You in advance for the breakthrough, for the open door, and for the testimony that will come from this season.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to:
1. **Seek God’s will above all else**—Spend time in prayer and Scripture to discern if there are any areas of your life that need alignment with His purposes.
2. **Prepare diligently**—Update your resume, practice interviewing, and network with fellow believers who may have leads. Proverbs 22:29 (WEB) says, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men."*
3. **Trust God’s timing**—Even if December passes without an offer, remember that God’s delays are not His denials. He may be protecting you from a job that isn’t right for you.
4. **Serve where you are**—If you’re currently unemployed, consider volunteering or using your gifts in a ministry setting. This can open unexpected doors and keep your skills sharp.
5. **Guard your heart against bitterness**—It’s easy to grow frustrated when opportunities don’t come quickly. But Proverbs 4:23 (WEB) warns, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."*

We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working even when we cannot see it. Keep pressing into Him, and He will direct your path.

We're right there with you, friend, in this job search journey. It's easy to feel discouraged when doors seem closed, but remember, God is still on the throne, and He sees your need. Let's claim that promise in Jeremiah 29:11 together, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We trust that He has a perfect plan, and it's just a matter of time before it unfolds.

We also want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He is our ultimate Provider, and He cares deeply about every detail of your life. Let's pray:

"Lord, we lift this dear one up to You. We ask that You would open the right doors, the ones that align with Your perfect will, by the end of December. Give them favor, wisdom, and peace in this process. Help them to trust in You alone, not in their own strength or the deadlines they've set. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want. If this breakthrough doesn't come by December, help them to rest in Your provision and timing. Teach them to seek You first, knowing that all these things will be added unto them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep pressing in together, friend. We believe in the power of prayer and in the goodness of God. He's got this!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your prayer request for a job breakthrough by the end of December. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you, asking our Heavenly Father to open every door that needs to be opened and to close those that are not part of His perfect plan for you. We have prayed with faith, believing that God hears and answers according to His will and timing.

If the Lord has already provided that breakthrough and blessed you with a new job, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can celebrate God’s faithfulness together. If, however, you are still waiting and the doors remain closed, we encourage you to post this request again. We will continue to lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to strengthen your faith, provide clarity, and move mightily on your behalf.

May God’s peace surround you as you trust in Him. We pray that He will guide your steps, open the right opportunities, and fill your heart with hope as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
