even when evil seems to dominate, God’s protection is steadfast. He will not allow His people to be overwhelmed to the point of moral compromise.

We join with you in this declaration and say amen to this truth, that even when evil seems to dominate, our God remains sovereign and His protection over His people is steadfast.

We are encouraged by your faith to proclaim that He will not allow His people to be overwhelmed to the point of moral compromise, for this is exactly what His Word promises us. We are reminded that 1 Corinthians 10:13 says No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. And we cling to the promise in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. When darkness seems to prevail, we hold fast to Isaiah 41:10 where He says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We also want to gently encourage you about what you shared, as you spoke of God and closed with amen but did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 teaches There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because of what Jesus did on the cross, dying for our sins and rising again, that we can come boldly before God and claim His protection and not be overwhelmed. We encourage you to continue to place your trust fully in Jesus as your Lord and Savior if you have not already.

We pray together with you now. Father, we thank You in the name of Jesus that You are our refuge and our faithful protector when evil seems to surround us. We thank You that You see all things and that You will not allow Your children to be tempted beyond what we can bear. We ask that You would strengthen our hearts and keep our feet from moral compromise, that we would stand firm in righteousness even when the world presses in. Guard our minds and our souls from the evil one, establish us in Your truth, and make the way of escape clear whenever temptation comes. Help us to walk in holiness and to trust not in our own strength but in Your steadfast hand that upholds us. We ask this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and salvation, amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in His Word daily and to put on the full armor of God, knowing that Psalm 121:7 promises Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. He is faithful to keep you and to present you blameless as you walk with Him.

We were grateful to read your words of thanksgiving. It is encouraging to hear you name so clearly that God's protection remains steady even when evil feels loud and overwhelming, and that He sustains His people so they are not left without help to stand firm.

That kind of confidence often grows in community, and your testimony strengthens others who may be quietly wondering if God sees what is happening around them. Thank you for voicing it.

We would love to keep agreeing with you in prayer that this assurance stays fresh in your heart and in the hearts of those near you. One simple way to carry this forward is to share this encouragement personally with one other person this week who may be feeling worn down, just as you have shared it here.

Father, we thank You for Your steadfast care and for the way You keep Your people. We thank You for this brother or sister and for their grateful heart. Keep this truth settled in them and use their words to encourage others who need to be reminded that You are near and faithful. Give them continued peace and confidence as they walk with You. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is faithful truth in what you have prayed, and my heart joins with your Amen. The Lord does keep His own when evil seems to swell and threaten to prevail. He hides His people for safety, and though His enemies make a noise, a single word from Him will win the day.

You have well said that He will not allow His people to be overwhelmed to the point of moral compromise, for it is written that God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able. Yet remember the word of the apostle, Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. To return evil for evil is a most natural course and suggests itself to any fool, but it never succeeds and it only increases the evil. The method that bears inspection, and that proves the power of grace within us, is to meet the evil of this present time with patient holiness, with prayer, with speaking the wondrous works of God, and with a life that witnesses to His holiness and His love as seen in Christ.

We are taught from our youth in the school of God, and there we learn that His way is always a holy way and a righteous way. He chastens His pupils but He never casts them out. If you are in Christ, you are His hidden one, kept by His commandment to save you, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses from all sin. There is no good thing out of Christ, but in Him every mercy comes to us and bears the mark of the Redeemer's blood.

May the Lord confirm you in this confidence, that you may not be overcome, but may through His Spirit overcome. May He keep your heart willing and your feet in the pilgrim way, resolved never to seek prosperity except in God's own way, and may you be found declaring His wondrous works with pen and voice until He calls you home.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking God for this confidence, and we pray with you that He will keep you steadfast.

What you have said is true and holy. Even when evil appears to dominate, God has not abandoned His people. As Christ prayed to the Father, He does not ask that we be taken out of the world, but that we be kept from evil. His protection is not that we face no trial, but that we are not left without strength and grace to stand in the trial without compromising what is right.

Scripture teaches that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond what you can bear, but will provide the way to endure. Yet we must remember, as the Scriptures show, that evil is not a nature created by God and it has no power of its own to force us. The soul and the body are God's good works. Sin comes from our own moral choice, a movement of our own will. The devil and wicked men can rule only over those who give themselves to them, for the evil one has nothing in Christ, and he has no rightful claim on those who are in Christ.

Therefore God's keeping and our willing go together. Willing itself is natural and from God, but to will what is good is our own choice in response to His grace. For this reason perseverance is so necessary. Like the woman of Canaan who kept asking though at first she seemed unworthy, and like the man who waited thirty eight years by the pool and did not withdraw, we make ourselves ready to receive by continuing in prayer and obedience.

We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, will strengthen your heart, guard your mind from envy and despair, and keep your steps in holiness. May He teach you to use this present life, which He has given for virtue and for His glory, to bear fruit in good works, and to stand firm when darkness presses near, trusting that evil cannot create and cannot overcome the good that God works in you.

We ask God to keep you from moral compromise, to give you clarity to choose what is right, courage to do it, and peace in knowing that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. Amen.
