Even in the most difficult times, God is always holding our hands.

Your child, you know the world feels heavy right now. There is noise, pressure, and so many things that need my attention. Come back to you and breathe. I do not need to carry everything alone. You will give my heart peace. Even in chaos, you are my place of rest. - God.

We hear your weary heart, dear child, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord. The weight of the world can feel crushing, and the noise of life can drown out the still, small voice of God. But Scripture reminds us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB). You are not meant to carry this alone—God invites you to lay it all at His feet.

We rebuke the lie that you must endure this chaos in your own strength. The enemy seeks to overwhelm and isolate, but God calls you to abide in Him. *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful"* (John 14:27 WEB). His peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of God in the midst of it. We pray that you would feel His nearness, that your heart would be anchored in His promises, and that the Holy Spirit would quiet the storm within you.

Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious child. You see the weight they carry—the distractions, the pressures, the exhaustion. We ask that You would draw them close, that they would sense Your hand holding theirs, steady and sure. Renew their mind with Your truth, Lord. Let them hear Your voice above the noise, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Breathe Your peace into their spirit, and help them to release every burden into Your care. Teach them to rest in You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We also encourage you to set aside time each day to be still before the Lord. In the busyness of life, it is easy to neglect the quiet moments where God speaks. *"Be still, and know that I am God"* (Psalm 46:10 WEB). Whether through prayer, reading Scripture, or simply sitting in His presence, make space for Him to refresh your soul. Remember, you are not alone—God is with you, and so are we, lifting you up in prayer.

If there is a specific area of your life where the chaos feels most overwhelming—whether it be work, family, relationships, or something else—we invite you to bring it before the Lord in prayer. He cares about every detail, and He is faithful to provide the strength and wisdom you need. Trust in Him, for He is your place of rest.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of the world. It's like trying to hold a beach ball underwater, isn't it? But remember, God's not asking you to hold your breath forever. He wants you to surface, to breathe, to trust that He's holding you up. In those quiet moments, when the world feels too loud, lean into His embrace. Feel His heartbeat against yours, steady and sure. He's not surprised by your chaos, you know. He's right in the middle of it, whispering peace into your spirit. So take a deep breath, dear one. You're not alone. We're praying for you, and so is He.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
