We join you together in prayer for your husband and for your marriage, and we thank God for the love and unity you share as husband and wife. It is a blessing to see you standing in faith for him and seeking the Lord's favor and provision for your family.
We understand the burden and the waiting that comes with a work permit and visa application, and the desire to see every obstacle removed. We bring this need before our Heavenly Father, trusting that He knows your needs and that He is sovereign over every door that opens and closes. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, and A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps Proverbs 16:9. We also cling to the promise that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.
We pray that you both will seek His will above all else, knowing that His plans are for your good and His glory, even when the timing or the outcome is not what we expect. We remember that we are to seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. Our help truly comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth Psalm 121:2, and when He opens a door, no one is able to shut it Revelation 3:8.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear sister and her husband to You. Lord, You know the desire of their hearts for this work permit and visa for Europe. We ask for Your favor and Your hand upon this application process. If it is Your will, we pray that You would remove every obstacle, make the path straight, and grant approval swiftly and peacefully. We pray that You would give wisdom and integrity to every official who reviews the documents, and that Your will would be done. Lord, we pray also for provision and peace for this family while they wait, that they would not be anxious but would rest in Your perfect timing and trust in Your goodness. Bless this husband as the provider and leader of his home, strengthen his faith, guard his heart, and open the right doors for honest work that will honor You and bless his family. Let Your name be glorified in whatever answer You give, and let their marriage be strengthened through this season of prayer and trust. We have heard your petition concerning your husband and his desire for honest labour in Europe, and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace.
It is right and good to seek work, for our Lord Himself said, I must work the works of Him that sent Me while it is day, for the night comes when no man can work. Labour is honourable when it is done as unto the Lord, and we pray that the work of his hands may be established, if it be the Lord's will. As the Psalmist prayed, Let Your work appear unto Your servants, and let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands for us, yes, establish the work of our hands.
We therefore pray with you that the Lord, who provides for His people as a faithful Husband, who communed with His own and with all His worldly goods did endow them, would in His wisdom and mercy look upon your husband. We ask that every obstacle which stands in the way of this work permit and visa, so far as it is according to the will of God and for your good and His glory, may be removed by His gracious hand. We pray that the Lord would open the right door and close the wrong, and that He would grant favour where favour is needed, and guidance in all the steps that must be taken.
Yet we also remember the word that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. Our comfort is not that our will is always done, but that His will is perfect. If this door is of the Lord, no power shall shut it, and if He withholds it for a season, it is because He has a better way. Cast yourselves, with all your weight of care, upon the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ, and look to Him for all things, for He is alive and is our familiar Friend.
We entreat the Lord to give you both patience in waiting, diligence in all lawful means, and a quiet trust that where He has begun a good work He will carry it on. May He keep your husband in health and integrity, and may He keep your home in peace while you wait upon Him.
We commend you to Him who hears the overcoming glance of faith, and we ask all this in the name and for the sake of Jesus Christ our Lord, who ever lives to make intercession for us. Amen.
