There is no chain of formality or family line that can bar you from the presence of God. What you are longing for, to be free from both the stiff rituals and the empty informalities of men, to hear His own word directly, to not be held captive by any religious system, this is the very heart of the gospel. The veil was torn from top to bottom. Through Jesus Christ, every one of us can come boldly to the throne of grace, not through a priest or a system, but through the blood that washed us clean and made us a kingdom of priests to serve our God.

You asked how to detach from the formal and the informal, from the ownership of matters that tie you to your family’s background or some line that is not truly yours. Remember this: the One who loved us has washed us from our sins in His own blood and has made us kings and priests. Your identity is not determined by human lineage or inherited debts. It is sealed by the Lamb. You are part of a family drawn from every nation, tribe, and tongue, a great multitude no one can number, all crying out with the same salvation song. In that company, there is no performing to unify anything by your own effort. The unity is already His, and it is a work of His Spirit within your heart, not a legislated arrangement.

You want to know about God’s service and eternal life. That service flows from a heart that loves Him, not from duty or obligation. When the relationship grows cold, when it becomes a matter of machinery rather than love, you have slipped from the very thing that makes it alive. Go back to the first works, not the frantic labor, but the simple act of sitting at His table. To eat with Him means to become one with Him. He is always ready to sup. Let that intimacy be the place where you hear His own word, unmediated by the noise of religious factions. He unveils Himself to the one who loves Him. The unveiling is Jesus Christ Himself, and you do not need anyone to take His place.

As for the burden you carry for those two you named, the prayer is exactly what we know we need. We are to ask, and we are to keep asking. Some prayers have stretched through centuries, and the Lord has not forgotten. He intends to answer. I join you in lifting them up, trusting that His righteousness will direct their way as they turn their faces toward Him. He is able to keep you and them from the hour of trial and to present you faultless before His glory. The word is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart. You will not be left in the grip of any institution that tries to hold His word captive. Christ has set you free, and the truth of that freedom is not a theory, it is a Person who has conquered death and lives.
