Please pray that the 5 valuations done for the estate be accepted and we can all move on. It's nearly 4 years since ### passed away. Please pray that the estate be settled as ### intended. In Jesus name, Amen.

We join you in bringing this estate matter before the Lord and we thank you for closing your request in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone we have access to the Father. We understand how heavy and wearying it must be to carry this for nearly four years after the passing of your loved one, and how much you long for closure, peace, and for the intentions that were left to be honored with integrity.
We are reminded that God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as it says in 1 Corinthians 14:33, and that He sees every detail and cares about justice and stewardship. We take comfort in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Even in long seasons of waiting, we can trust that He is at work. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28, and we pray that even this prolonged process will be redeemed for good and for unity among all involved.
We also hear your desire for the five valuations to be accepted so that all can move forward. We pray with you that what is fair and right will prevail and that any spirit of strife or delay would be removed.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We lift up this estate to you and ask for your hand upon these five valuations. We ask that you grant favor and that they would be received and accepted by all parties and authorities involved, if it is according to your will. We ask for wisdom and clarity for those who must make decisions, for honest and upright dealings, and for a swift and peaceful settlement that honors the intentions left behind. Lord, guard the hearts of everyone connected to this estate from bitterness, division, and weariness, and let your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, as you promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Bring closure, Lord, where there has been long waiting, and allow all involved to move forward in grace and in restoration. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank you for your prayer and guidance. If these 5 valuations are accepted, it will be enough to avoid revisiting ###'s Will being rewritten twice when she was dehydrated and dying, drawn up by a legal executive working for my sister with my brother in tow. My sister got one property distributed to her within days of ###'s death and has been collecting rent from it ever since.
My father, watching what has unfolded, has taken power of eternity from my sister and given it to me, causing a new barrage of attacks from her towards me.
I have conceded as much as I am able already in order to settle ###'s estate, and the short answer would be no more arguing over valuations. I believe the LORD has shown me this.
The legal executive who drew up some complicated documents when ### read her new Will and saw it did not follow the instructions she had given did not solve the problem just made it look like she was following ###'s instructions. The legal executive has left the firm, and I need the Principal of the Firm to stand by the valuations instead of allowing my sister to carry on disputing them.
My sister also needs to resign as a trustee from a trust I formed over 20 years ago. She has been given the papers twice and still refuses to sign, just as she refused to sign when ### wanted to dissolve a trust several years before she died.
Please, LORD, help my sister return to the work, or be happy with a reduced income, having left the father of her 3 children, instead of trying to get money from other family members who have drawn a line in the sand. My sister is much richer than I am and owns multiple properties. She has painted a picture of me being incompetent and self-serving, which was initially successful, leaving some professionals in an awkward spot.
I have had to fund my own legal representation in order to hang onto the home my ### intended me to have. God has blessed me with a solicitor who has not charged me for all the work she has done over the past 4 years to help me keep my home, and I also found my sister's legal strategies for how to disinherit me, accidentally left at ###'s house, that showed where the complicated paperwork fitted in. It seems that tabling these documents, along with my solicitor's good work, has stopped a plot to have me removed as an executor and a trustee. My sister thought I would not be able to fund legal representation but God gave me a solicitor who has not been charging me full rates.
Please pray my brother is prepared to see the truth and understand.

Your request has been brought before the Lord with prayerful care, and we join you in asking for His gracious hand upon this long and wearying matter.
Four years is a heavy waiting, and we do not wonder that your heart longs to see an end and to move on. Scripture reminds us to wait upon the Lord and be of good courage, for waiting upon Him is not waiting in despair but waiting in hope. He is a waiting God who waits to be gracious, and when His time of love is come He brings a final success to all that waiting. This waiting also has its work within us, for waiting upon the Lord breeds peace within the soul, and when a man is perfectly at rest within, he cares little for trials or foes, and it makes the world and all its affairs to grow small till we see their real littleness.
We pray that the Lord, who is the God of peace, would grant you that peace which Christ Himself has purchased with His blood and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. It is written, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is a present possession, to be enjoyed even when duties press and sorrows surge round, and even when loved ones are no longer with us, for in Jesus keeping we are safe and they are safe. May that peace, which passes all understanding, keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus while this earthly business remains unsettled.
We ask the Lord in His providence to overrule in the matter of these five valuations, that if it be His will they may be accepted without further strife or delay, that what was intended by the departed may be honoured with honesty and fairness, and that all concerned may be brought to a just and peaceful settlement. May He guide those who must decide, restrain contention, and grant wisdom to act uprightly, so that this estate may be closed as it was intended and you may be released from this long burden.
We commend you to Him who is our peace, trusting not in our own works or pleadings but in the blood which has made full atonement. May He renew your peace day by day, bear your sorrow with you, and bring earth's struggles in this matter to a timely and righteous close.
