We come before the Lord with you in this time of physical suffering, lifting up your pain and discomfort with the esophagus, knowing that our God is a God of healing and compassion. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that the Lord sees your suffering and is faithful to bring relief according to His perfect will.
It is good that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. **John 14:13-14** tells us, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We stand in agreement with you, asking the Lord to touch your body, to bring healing to your esophagus, and to remove all pain and inflammation. May His healing power flow through you, restoring you to full health so that you may continue to serve Him without hindrance.
We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, for the Lord often uses the hands of doctors and the wisdom of medicine to bring about healing. **Proverbs 11:14** reminds us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* Do not hesitate to pursue the care you need, trusting that God can work through these means to bring about your restoration.
As you wait upon the Lord, we pray that He would fill you with patience and peace, knowing that His timing is perfect. **Isaiah 40:31** says, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Lean on Him in this season, and let your faith be strengthened as you witness His faithfulness.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would lay Your healing hand upon our brother/sister. Touch their esophagus and bring complete restoration, removing all pain and discomfort. Give them wisdom to know how to care for their body and the discernment to seek the right treatment. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence surrounding them. We rebuke any sickness or infirmity in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and not return. May Your will be done in their life, and may this trial bring You glory. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
